The hotel is right on the beach, so that's nice. But it's very expensive for what they provide. It feels old inside. So for the money they could renovate a bit. The cleaning staff never came to our room to make it up or clean the towels. The door to our room was not working and we didn't know about that until being there a few hours. The staff did fix it once we told them of the problem. Bottom line, overpriced and not worth it.

It rained all weekend. They had a two night minimum and they refused to waive it. Additionally, they charged me $50.00 early checkout fee! Makes no sense since they were getting the full amount of my money for the second night anyway so why the extra charge???

My husband and I stay at the PVI twice a year, in May and October. We have never experienced an issue with our room, or hotel staff. The rooms have always been clean and the staff extremely friendly. Although we did not receive housekeeping services during our stay due to Covid, whatever we needed, towels or toiletries, they were available. We ordered dinner to take back to our room and the food was delicious. It was a truly wonderful weekend, I could not have asked for better weather. I look forward to returning in May.

Was extremely disappointed with pleasant view inn their pictures that you view online when you're booking especially for the large amount of money you pay it is a dump it is n't clean tiny rooms, I had to clean when I got there the smallest room I wanted to go home as soon as I walked into the hotel and I was so glad my daughter did not come to the last day it was embarrassing when I had a friend come to visit.... It was a stand-up shower the filter for the AC unit probably hadn't been cleaned the whole year I have pictures from cleaning it . I was located on the third floor and there were three to four holes on each side of the deck( was so scary with my daughter ) I'm pretty sure it was actually against the law...& is not even enough room for two chairs table it's so tiny all the pictures are false advertisement including the pool.. I had two special reserve in the microwaves for each room we had two rooms on the second and on the third floor and only one of us received a microwave and I had asked probably seven times which was the only accommodation they had actually made for us. I was so disappointed it was literally the skummiest and needed so much work and upgrading. For the amount of money that I paid I was so disappointed I can't express to you enough how unhappy I was with this hotel. The food and the restaurant made me sick I had to send my mail back the first evening. The lobster roll had ground meat with shells in it yuck plus dirty utensils.

Had heard so many wonderful things about this hotel. I understand that times are difficult with the virus but they are very understaffed and unorganized. There was no breakfast available and not even any coffee in the rooms. No housekeeping due to the virus (?) but also no communication from the front desk in regards to any of the new procedures in place. Our request for supplies to clean our own room was ignored. Felt like if services are going to be reduced maybe our bill should have been too. Very disappointed.

The property is awesome! Right on the water walking distance to an awesome restaurant. The only downside was the pool was closed but that was due to covid. They did provide 4 complimentary rum punch drinks which was cool. Sunday morning they weren't serving breakfast for some reason so we walked to the little mermaid for an awesome egg sandwich

The location of this property can’t be beat. Gorgeous beachfront property. Could use some updates, and the rooms were definitely small, but amazing views of the ocean from the balcony. Pool was closed due to COVID, and other amenities were unavailable, so I was surprised we were still charged a $25 resort fee. Overall, a very enjoyable weekend away.

Right on Misquamicut Beach, very casual & relaxed atmosphere! Ocean view right off private room deck! Food in restaurant is great! Feels like home away from home! This was our 2nd time visiting Pleasant View Inn in the ladt 3 years. Will definitely be back!! :)

Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff does a fantastic job refreshing and cleaning our room. Restaurant and bar on premises is convenient and food is great. Definitely will be returning again in the spring.

The location is great! Right on the ocean!! The property and hotel are very run down. Not very clean.

Location is great, but the price I paid compared to the room I got is embarrassing and laughable. It’s criminal to charge that much for a worn motel... I don’t care if it’s ocean side or not.

Did not meet expectations, especially given high cost. It is definitely overpriced and I would not stay again. We thought the room was pretty clean, until we were packing to leave and found underwear and a bottle of pills under the bed... should have looked there on day 1! We liked the location on the strip.

Great location, views and pool. Has everything you need.

As always, staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping phenomenal. My husband and I have been coming here for years. It’s nice to see, the same friendly faces.

My husband and I stay at the PVI twice a year, in May and October. We have never experienced an issue with our room, or hotel staff. The rooms have always been clean and the staff extremely friendly. Although we did not receive housekeeping services during our stay due to Covid, whatever we needed, towels or toiletries, they were available. We ordered dinner to take back to our room and the food was delicious. It was a truly wonderful weekend, I could not have asked for better weather. I look forward to returning in May.

The coffee station has been removed per our governor's orders. Also, per her orders, housekeepers are not allowed to go into guest rooms to service them as a way o reduce/eliminate the number of interactions with other people. We are sorry that you did not find your stay adequate and we hope you are able to return when we no longer have so many restrictions in place.
