Bedding could be replaced. The blanket was ripped and had burn marks.

It was a nice stay. Had to carry bags upstairs and had a elderly person with me.

It was a great experience. The room was clean and neat. Didn't have any issues.

Was looking for an economical hotel and this was it. Excellent choice!

We arrived late at night. The staff was more than accommodating. the room and bed were awesome. thank you so much

Pros: Clean and comfortable inside room, staff very friendly. Cons: Hallway smelled and very dirty carpet, breakfast extremely minimal. Low price definitely worth the cons.

I stayed here two nights for business. I always stay at another hotel when in Watertown, but it was booked. Thought I would give it a try. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers. It would be fine if you were driving, stopped and slept and then got up and on your way, but it really doesnt have the extras you need when you are on business. I can't say that the people at the desk were unpleasant or unhelpful they were fine, not over the top wonderful , but fine. The rooms don't have blow dryers or irons. I brought my own blow dryer simply because I had read this in another review, otherwise I would not have known. As far as an iron and board, you can ask the front desk for one, but they give you one of those little mini ones ( it was totally beat up with the fabric from a fabric store kind of stapled on and the iron was covered in that sticky black stuff which would ruin your clothes. I did ask for another iron and they gave me one, but it was only OK, it had some black stuff on it, just not a lot. My air conditioner made this rattling sound off and on all night & it was very noisy. The room smelled a little musty overall. I don't think the room was dirty, it was just a bit worn down.I did find it kind of wierd that the back entrance was propped open all the time even as late as 10 pm or so I found it that way - allowing non-guests access to walk right in to the hallway. I think it is propped that way for smokers because there was an ashtray and a picnic table near the door. Lastly, the continental breakfast in the morning, I went to grab a glass of juice and as soon as I hit the button on the juice machine I stirred up a TON of little fruit flies, one flew immediately into my juice and drowned ... I ate elsewhere. It is close to the HyVee where you can get a caribou coffee.

good price,,,nice room,,,small fridge was pleasant surprise,,,the bed mattresses were GREAT---like a pillow top,,,only hesitation for us non-smokers was the visible ash tray and noticeable air freshener scent,,,it was a good scent and could not smell any smoke

Room had everything we needed and was very affordable.

very great hotel staff was very helpful. Tracy at the front desk it's a great hotel clerk. Best hotel in Watertown in my opinion.

Just what we expected-a no frills stay with a nice clean room and bathroom, decent breakfast and very friendly staff-all for a very reasonable price! Would stay there again

Pleasant front desk, rooms were clean, bathrooms very clean, overall pleasant experience. Not too expensive and certainly worth the money,

Nice place. Very nice staff ! My first room had a non working A/C. They gave me a better room !

The room was clean, the bed was good, the room was quiet, the hotel was right next to the grocery store and little mall. The hotel was easy access to all surrounding areas. I would stay there again on my next trip to Watertown.

room was big and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable.

We were coming back from our vacation in the hills. Ran into bad weather and needed a place to stay. This hotel had 2 rooms available for us for a great price! We were very thankful there was a room available at a reasonable price.

I apologize for the sewing needle in your bed. That was our fault for not catching that at cleaning. I am happy to hear you have stayed with us before and enjoyed your stay.
