Loved the security measures in place also the staff assisted with whatever needs. The amenities were great to use

The facility, location, & amenities were very good. The staff was not as helpful or positive as I would have expected. There were parking issues with the parking garage the hotel uses & the desk staff did not look for solutions to the problem or completely listen to the issue, instead they blamed the company & then somewhat blamed me. Also I requested early check in as we were arriving early. I understand the check in is 4:00PM & they did put our name in the cue for rooms, stored our bags & gave our students access to the 2nd floor pool/game room, which I did appreciate as our students had a place to relax. At 11:00 AM I was told that one of the rooms was being cleaned & should be ready soon. This was important to us as our students had been on a plane overnight & had little sleep. We wanted to get into one room so they could sleep before our conference began. Ultimately our 1st room was not ready until after 3pm which was just 1 hour before regular check in time. This gave us very little time to get our 11 students ready for the opening session of the conference we were attending at the Gaylord. The 2nd room was ready just before check in at 4:00 while we were at the opening session. The last room was not ready until 5:30--90 minutes past check in! The only 2 staff members that were VERY helpful, positive, & looked for solutions to help at every turn were the two bell hops. Menase (SP?) was very kind & checked in with us.

Very helpful, exceeded my expectations. Needed a late checkout and was able accommodate me

The good: two bedroom suites that allow you to save money when you need two bedrooms. Very convenient to everything in the Harbor. staff is very nice overall. The bad: reservation with a balcony room request made two months prior, and none available - so no one bothered with the request. Hotel completely booked, and only two elevators worked all weekend. Sunday morning there were at least 12 people, most with luggage carts (including us) waiting for more than 30 minutes for an elevator. People on lower floors were getting on the ones going up just so they had one eventually going down! Staff kept saying they were all just in use but we never saw two of them work the entire weekend. Upon check in we were told to pick up our welcome packet - this is to have you stop by the sales desk so they can tempt you with free parking if you'll sit through a sales presentation on their time shares. If you are married, both of you MUST attend, so to me it sounds like a high pressure sale with every intention of having you make a decision on the spot. No thanks, we don't make decisions that way. Security needs to help control traffic in at the circular hotel drive rather than just stand there- it's congested enough without letting food delivery vehicles park there while they deliver to the hotel rooms.

Keith and Brian were both rude, I had to check in a day late I called to confirm this and when I got there the reservation had of course been cancelled. Keith was very unapproachable and explained everything very quickly (terrible customer service) but was very nice to the ladies who were in front of me in line, which makes me think he decided to treat me this way based on my appearance. When I checked out brian was rude and when I asked what was wrong with the charges he ignored my question and I was literally a foot away from him, he was also very rude to the elderly ladies behind me in line who were actual members so I will probably not stay here again, don't need that type of treatment. Also the garbage disposal was dangerously accessible simply by removing the rubber stopper, lucky no kids were with me.

Very convenient location. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean.

This was my first stay at a Wyndham property. It was a lovely facility with very helpful staff and great amenities. I wish I had known that this is a time share building. Also the description says there's a shuttle to nearby attractions...well the shuttle takes you to a D.C. metro station. It takes about an hour to get from the hotel to the national mall via the shuttle and the train. I would still stay here again, national harbor is a great little neighborhood, but wasn't expecting such a long commute.

Courteous staff and great room. The only issue was getting the bathtub to work, but the shower was fine. A lot of fun!

Different, didn't know this was a time share type facility. Not bad, just different. Room was very large, separate bedroom and living area. Great location!

The hotel was wonderful! The service from the point we checked in to the point we left was top notch and always looking to help us! The room itself was stunning and a really great value for the price we paid! Would stay again for sure!

It was the perfect birthday getaway with my family, I would definitely do it again.

The hotel room was perfect for our family. The diverse hotel activities provided interesting alternatives to all age groups. An area shuttle provided opportunity to shop at the nearby outlets or transport to Alexandria King street metro. Everyone in our party enjoyed that aspect of our stay. The National Harbor area has great variety of restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham National Harbor. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Washington DC to get a break from the city, but close enough to get where we needed to tour without a long commute. The hotel was spacious and the staff was great. Lots of stuff to keep the kids busy as well!

The mattress on the Sleeper Sofa in room 321 was very uncomfortable. There is no padding on the matress and the springs are really hard on the ribs. This mattress need to be replaced.

I'm happy to say that the whole family enjoyed staying at this resort. The area is very modern ,elegant and quiet. It just doesn't get any better. The resort is definitely a top choice for us next time we're going there.

2 bedroom suite was very nice. Did not like the fact that they don't offer valet parking. Staff was very nice and friendly. The carpet in room could have been cleaner. Overall not bad for the price paid.

Staff was great, facility was clean, room was great and facility also offered discounts to several local restaurants.

I had surgery at a facility in the National Harbor and the 1 King 2 "Queen" suite with a kitchen was exactly what I needed. The "Queen" beds are definitely smaller than an actual Queen, so that was a bit disappointing, but overall I had a great experience.
