Good quality for the price. Close to shopping and food.

Decent hotel. I stayed for 1 night. Only complaint is the tub could use a good scrubbing.

Can’t complain at all. No big towels in my room. But services was pretty decent.

The property looks like it had a partial face life but still old. Bathrooms need some work. Staff was pleasant. We disliked that it had no mini fridge. I suffered from some upper respiratory issues while in the room. As soon as we keft wach day to go into DC it cleared up until we returned. Hotel is not in the best area and being from out of town we were unaware of this. A drunk gentlemen tried getting into our room because he thought it was his. Thankfully they have Police on the property after dark taht helped the man to his actual room. The stay was entirely unpleasant but we wouldn't stay there again.

When I first arrived there were people smoking weed right outside of the rooms. I went inside to get my room key and the front desk lady was extremely rude. Then I get to my room and had to start killing cockroaches before I could relax. I go to get in the shower and after I’m done, I realize there’s no lotion. So I go to the front desk and they say they don’t provide lotion. What kind of hotel doesn’t provide lotion??! The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Too many people are standing-by there car at the hotel parking lot that makes us uneasy and worry...

Pretty much OK but not excellent. Worth the price though.

The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy in my room. Also, there was quite a bit of foot traffic and noise outside my room, which was on the back of the property on the second floor. People seemed to congregate outside of their rooms for conversations in the evening, which was a bit unnerving to walk through for a single female traveler.

Very clean, lots of parking. A big shopping center right across the street, gas stations nearby. Only thing i hated was that it was in a very ghetto area. A few homeless people around and across the building.

This is a no-frills, adequate motel . The eates were reasonable for the distance from my conference at the Newseum. The exterior can be a little sketchy, as 1 or 2 people always seemed to be hanging out on or walking through the premises. I would probably stay again.

I had to get my key replaced over 3 times because it would not open the door and the staff member was upset every time. The a/c in my room did not work at all, I was extremely hot my entire stay. They left a tip envelope upon cleaning my room as if I was going to leave them anything with the service of the room and the staff. The sheets was stained. I was in a non smoking section but all I smelled was smoke. It was just a horrible experience. The only thing I like was that it was closed to several food places, in walking distance.

Everything about the stay was great with the exception of the front desk staff who were gone a couple of times and had to wait around - once for about 15 minutes and i had to get to a meeting.

Room was small and the hotel was located in a bad area or Maryland and it was overpriced. My wife and i never felt comfortable. If i had known that hotel was located in that area i would of never booked that hotel
