Overall this is a decent place to stay and the rooms are great because they have a sink, fridge, microwave and stove top. Plus all the kitchen utensils and dishes you'll need. And there's free breakfast! So that all keeps us coming back. However, there are a couple things we don't enjoy. The a/c is very loud in the room. There was hair on the bathroom floor upon our arrival and I wiped the whole floor down because I didn't want to walk on all the hair. If you're on the side of the hotel near the roads, be prepared for lots of noise from the traffic. Also, the toilet in our room never worked well.

We checked into a room with a rock that had been thrown through a window and glass shattered around the room. The key point is that the front desk didn't bother to upgrade us or anything.. just transferred because this type of issue seems to be common. The breakfast were downright sub standard compared to hampton inn etc. This really ismore of a 2 star than 3 star as they claim.

The location was great, close to attractions, dining and shopping. The staff was very helpful. I would have liked transport to and from the airport.

No parking. They sent me on a wild goose chase to a garage where no one was even working and then to find parking on the street 5 blocks away. Then they decided to charge me for parking on both of my rooms. Ghetto building.

Good location. Property is a little dated. Price was appropriate

Great, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location in the Georgetown area. Lincoln Memorial only 1.2 miles - an easy path along the Potomac. Hotel is very clean, the staff very helpful and courteous. The light breakfast was a bonus.

Slow check-in, super noisy Ac and bathroom fans. Nice size room. A bit worn but overall an ok hotel if the rate had not been what you'd expect to pay for a nice hotel

This hotel h as had cursory updating, with granite countertops and newish carpet, but they missed the elements that would make it feel high wuality. The trim/woodwork is old 50's "Hollywood" style. The bathroom entrance is too far away from the bed. The TV had to be viewed from the sofa; not the bed. The sofa is boxy and not cosy. I felt like I was in a 50's motel. Our view was of an overpass and busy street underneath and that meant for lots of noise. Our maid was a bit negligent about reapplying toiletries too. That said, the walk up to M Street was only about two minutes, which was convenient, and it was only a half-time walk to Foggy Bottom Metro Station.

inexpensive but not worth the cost due to very loud road noise from White Hearst - very thin walls & no insulated glass on windows

Greeted by friendly staff - Miguel at the front desk was very helpful when I needed assistance at the Business Center. Check in was a breeze. The suite was clean, comfortable and newly renovated. The kitchenette came equipped with everything we needed to cook.

Good location and friendly staff. Room size was nice and the kitchen area was more than adequate for our needs.

Nice neighbourhood, although seen on rainy days (i.e., experience less than optimal). Hotel fine otherwise.

Will go back! Love the separate bedroom and it was quiet although there is a highway right next to it. Short walking to restaurants and shops and of course the Harbour!

The room was clean and staff was kind. The kitchen in the room was old style.

Pro: Comfy room and friendly staff. Con: I could not find/connect to the wifi.

The suite was perfect - very comfortable, huge bedroom and living room area. I was blown away with the size of the room for a city hotel. Having a kitchen made our stay more comfortable. I chose this hotel because I was traveling with my mother and 10 year old nephew. The staff were very accommodating and the location was ideal for our needs.
