This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. I checked in and promptly checked out after making it to my room, where the floors were dirty and stuck, the comforter was damp and the room smelled, but not as bad as the hallway which smelled like human feces. There were homeless/drug addicts gathered by the door. I felt unsafe as I walked to my car.

I did not stay in your motel this was fraudulently charged to my account

I liked the snack items they had for sell in the lobby

I didnt like that when i booked the hotel online i specifically clicked on pay at hotel later so the next day when i went up there to pay for my room for the weekend..this mexican woman gone say we dont have a booking for you because we tried to charge your card and it wouldnt go through??!??!!...why would yall try to charge my card without permission when i said i was paying at the hotel later..ahe couldnt even explain it to me..something was just fishy

I was happy to find a place that took dogs, $23. which I thought was a little high. The location is conveniently just off the interstate but inconveniently off the interstate. I could hear ever semi down to a smart car. if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Better noise control windows is what the place needs.

The property is clean. The new parking lot is nice. Waited over 30 minutes to check in. Then they gave us an occupied room so I had to go back. The room we received had 2 double beds and we purchased a room with a king size bed but we did not want to go through the process of trying to get another room.

I like the price, overall staff was great especially Naomi

Nothing, shower would not drain and room smelt moldy

Soft, fluffy towels and clean rooms but out of date decor.

Upon arrival the person at the desk was not very pleasant. After getting our key we proceeded to our room that had hard floors that they seemed to have way too much cleaner to cleanup after the last tenants. Because of that (at least I hope so) the floor was sticky & the room was overwhelming with the smell of cleaner. This was one of the worst experiences I have had staying in a hotel.

Great central location in Waco. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance, or a short drive into the heart of downtown.

When i arrived at the property they attempted to change the fee by $20 more. Luckly I had my booking recipt, staff tried to act like they had no idea how I had it for my price of $81 because theirs showed $102. They fixed it to my price and gave me my room. The carpets are old and dingy looking. The rooms were of ok size for a 1 night stay however same ole outdated and dingy feel. You could smell the massive amouts of cleaning supplies they use it never whent away almost burned your nose. For a cheap hotel it was ok. But i have stayed at alot nicer places for less.

Good place to stay but road noise was horrible. But other than that all was good

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we love our 4 legged furry friends. We are sorry about all of the noise from the road construction. Hope to see you again if you are ever back in Waco!
