In keeper Kyle was very friendly and a great cook.

Took a long time to check in, host kept pushing the time to check in, as room not ready. We wrote a confirming email indicating arrival time. We suspect shortage of staff ( a problem all around due to COVID). The room had ac unit which was dirty, moldy? All around area downstairs was messy, greenery was overgrown We would not go back.

We spent over $500. For 2 nights. It was spacious. The shower was either too hot or went too cold. The first morning breakfast was frozen not fresh and no fruit. Coffee machine was broken. The second morning there was NO BREAKFAST and even no coffee machine. He made me coffee and when I poured the cream, it was sour. I requested more cream. There wasn’t any. I requested a refund (to no avail). I also at the beginning explained that I wanted the other $250 to be charged to my partners card. The said they would but charged me again. Owner “is too busy to return my call” . Made our stay a nightmare!!!!!!!! Also the place was clean but not very nice. Old

The stay was great. The staff was extremely polite and friendly.

We had a good time after a bit of a surprise on the day of our arrival. We got a text saying there would not be any breakfast due to a broken stove. The staff did put out items for breakfast, but we decided to go out each day for that meal and had a great one at Doc Taylor's each day, highly recommend that if this happens to you. Overall, the stay was nice and relaxing and the room was very nice including the tub and shower. The TV remote did not work perfectly as you could not adjust your volume using it. We will probably come back soon and hope to be able to enjoy the home made breakfast along with everything else we had this weekend.

Family enjoyed the stay for the most part. Staff was wonderful but had two hiccups. Second day breakfast was canceled due to issue with stove. Toliet had issues with flushing from time to time. Would still return.

The property was great I love it very much however it was not very safe feeling the door from the outside was never locked other than that everything was very clean, the staff was great and we will come back. Thanks

This property is just downright beautiful. It's in a very convenient place in Virginia Beach with lots of parking. Both of the innkeeper's are so amazing breakfast here is scrumptious and will fill you up. My daughter and I have several food allergies I need the amazing innkeeper's kept that in mind all of the time with the decor the smells in our room the smells in the B&B itself and the food at breakfast. I am happy to say that we were extremely happy to stay here and would do so again. We stayed in the two queen room as my sister was with us as well and the beds were very comfy the shower was refreshing and the cute little robes were a nice touch. It is the offseason so they were doing some renovations which I'm sure will look just lovely when they're done.

Great location. Walkable to beach and boardwalk. Good breakfast. Friendly innkeeper. Great coffee. Bathroom in need of a deep clean. (Waverly) Mildew in shower and floor tile. Grounds could use cleanup/landscaping. Hot tub in odd environment...closed off and like a second thought. Overall, it needs some refurbishing and cleaning to meet the standard of a luxury bed and breakfast.

Innkeeper Elizabeth is very helpful and gave us great tips.

Clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast is great and the service is friendly, everything is there when you need it but never feels intrusive. Spa services are excellent quality. Good location near waterfront and restaurants.

One of the Best B&B we have ever stayed at!!! Leah & Chris are fabulous inn keepers!! As I told Leah, every time I needed either her or Chris, they "appeared " eager to help & extremely accommodating. My husband & I can't wait to go back to Virginia Beach again to stay at this B&B & bring family & friends so they can have the same wonderful experience!

This was a great experience. I plan on staying here every time I come to Virginia Beach. Nice size Bnb with attentive inn keepers, great breakfast, coffee, tea, juice, snacks, hot tub. Two blocks from the beach, plenty of parking. It’s so much better than staying in a hotel I will never go back to them.

Very quiet, relaxed setting. The staff is excellent.

We had a great weekend in Virginia Beach staying at the beach spa bed and breakfast. Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Owner and staff were wonderful. Only negative - we were given a recommendation for dinner. It was much more expensive than expected and the food was average.

We are so disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately our grounds did suffer a major hit from hurricane Dorian and we regret that they were not up to your standards. Thank you for taking the time to review us and we will take your advice very seriously.
