Beautiful hotel Just no good customer service, rude, and waiting on my cash paid deposit they dont want to return unless i fly back to there.

I was not aware of what to expect but I was happily surprised at the courteous staff and hospitality. The amenities where great and on top of it have been really great about answering all of my questions in an quick manner. Great views and big room. I would definitely come back again. Love love love Only concern is the way to get there, there are a lot of pot holes so beware if you are driving but those are due to the hurricanes

WiFi did not work in the room. Otherwise it was cool.

Loved it! Its a small Hotel, Hidden next to a Cenote

Cielo Maya Beach Tulum is the dreamiest hotel experience I've had. I recommend booking the ocean view room with balcony. Watching the sun rise and set everyday was amazing. Also, the massages on the dock are incredible. I will definitely be making this an annual trip.

The entire staff was so polite and helpful. It was our first time in Tulum and they gave us amazing suggestions on what places to visit. I loved that they still offered tours on various attractions but did not push a sell. The food at the hotel was delicious. We ate there everyday for breakfast, which is included, and for dinner. The hotel is not to far from the town center or other attractions.

This is a lovely little hotel that is right on the beach just north of the Tulum ruins. The keyword here though is little. The hotel only has a very small restaurant, although it serves a decent free breakfast that you can choose from the menu and it also only has a very tiny pool. There is a nice pier with hammocks that goes out into the ocean a bit which is lovely to walk on especially because the water it’s self is not very walkable given how rocky it is. The rooms have excellent views of the ocean which was one of our favorite characteristics about this hotel as well as the generally very pleasant staff. The rooms are also of a generous size, very clean, and with good air-conditioning. I would recommend this hotel for folks who want to be in a somewhat secluded location where they can relax. If you were looking for lots of excitement this is not the area for you.

The hotel is clean and new. They offer kayaks and snorkeling gear to borrow for free which is great. The beach is very small and rocky but the pier with hammocks is wonderful. The road to the hotel is incredibly bumpy and full of potholes....if you're driving in and out of the hotel a lot, it can be very annoying and time-consuming. There are other hotels in Tulum (hotels we went for lunch, etc) that have good roads so it's not that all the city's roads are bad. Staff was polite and nice. Lots of mosquitoes. No ATMs close by.

Loved Cielo Maya from the room to the view to the staff. We rented a car to go into Tulum city and the more resort heavy beach area and did most of our swimming and eating there. We always loved coming back to Cielo Maya for the hot tub, beach view, breakfast at the beach and the pool. Enjoy!!
