I didn’t like that they didn’t have a microwave in the room

Danny the maintenance guy came through for us with a new remote after waiting 2.5 hours for front desk to do something. That was frustrating, but he went above and beyond.

The pool by the river was awesome

I probably got the worst view in the whole hotel. I wonder if its because we use orbitz to book

Liked it all. Everything was great. Slept comfortably and check out was great

We have stayed here before and it was great. This stay I was verbally berated at the pool over wristband being attached to my bag and not my wrist, I asked for scissors to cut it and was told to go to the front very rudely. My husband was followed yelled at while leaving the gambling area for forgetting his mask. We were told to where the mask ( while having a lit cigarette in our mouths), which is idiotic. Asked security for a new mask says no and continued to follow us to the elevator and even made a comment about us leaving the property. Don’t enforce rules if you can’t supplement them. Masks required? Then offer masks and treat everyone the same. We were treated criminals. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Yuck. I have big bites all over from bed bugs. I moved rooms and they were all filthy and smelly. Before the covid measures it was a ton better. I will never stay here again.

What I liked is the stuff was pretty friendly and they didn't bother me much and what I didn't like if they didn't have any microwaves.

Property was beautiful, just wish there was a vending machine on each floor for sodas and bottled water or there should be two complimentary bottled waters in each room.
