I’ve stayed at this Renaissance hotel before several times and this was the worst room I ever had. It was dirty with hairpins on the floor and several cigarette burns on the carpet in a non smoking room! I called the front desk numerous times one night and the next morning too without getting an answer and had to walk down to get coffee and towels since maid service doesn’t exist without asking someone that doesn’t speak English.

I guess service and amenities are history at this renaissance, my room didn’t have a hair dryer and it took 30 minutes to get one up to my room. I had to call twice and then the guy was leaving when I opened the door since he wouldn’t knock because the privacy tag on the door handle fell to the floor in the hall. Nice

The room did not have AC. They said AC was on but the room never got below 74 degrees. Coming from NY, that doesn't sound like AC to me at all. Breakfast in the hotel took forever. With barely 10 people in the dining room, it took just under an hour for 3 pancakes and 2 eggs (which came out after I asked where they were). The staff did not know what anyone ordered and continued to put food in front of me that was not mine. Normally, I would not think this was a big deal, but during Covid, if you were not sure, you should ask before putting the food down in front of people. Hotel seemed clean, but a bit disappointed in the experience. I would not recommend this property to my fellow business travelers.

I can’t believe they still don’t offer breakfast because of low room occupancy rates when they said I couldn’t change my room location because they’re almost filled up. The restaurant and bar are open every night, so I won’t be coming back after my last 3 night stay. I get tired of driving around trying to find an over crowded breakfast place that’s miles away, then come back to the hotel to finish brushing my teeth getting ready for work. Half the day is over by then..

They double charged me for room an never refunded money.... From nov 2020

Great service. And nice room ... Now working pool at the ti.e

Advertised “free WiFi” is $8 per day... rude attitude evening manager. Not typical for a Marriott hotel staff member. 10-10-2020.

Clean, quiet, and convenient, not costly. I would recommend it to everyone.

I paid up front for breakfast and when I got there they’re not serving anything to eat at the hotel except for snacks. Can I get a refund of the additional $10 each for 2 nights?

I liked most everything, but the staff at night was scant

Convenient location, comfy beds, TV connection to streaming services like Netflix, convention center close to entrance. However, No parking for hotel guests during events, no free wi-fi, balcony is worthless with no furniture and on a noisy highway, restaurant was not open on Saturday, made my family switch rooms because one was for one night and one was for two nights instead of just switching their room to 2 nights. Wouldn’t stay again.

The property was great. What i didn’t like was the fact there was a dog that was barking all night and all morning in room 505 and kept me awake, and I didn’t want to complain and be “that” person. I think rooms that allow animals should be in their own section, because that pretty much ruined the whole stay. But the hotel itself was great.

Was told after an arguement with my husband that we had to leave and rushed us out of there in the rudest way possible.

It’s a handy location right next to 169 hwy. although the noise from traffic on 169 can be disturbing late at night.

The location was good walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very accommodating.

Hotel worked with me on providing shuttle .................I had change in flight times 3 times I called every time and they were very understanding and polite. Our shuttle to out flight was just as good. Richard, waiter in restaurant went over and beyond in his service. Housecleaning was very polite and helpful. Staff at desk was great and polite. Answered all my questions and were accommodating when I had special request.
