Beautiful property. Nice rooms. Friendly staff.

No towels left after room was cleaned, couldn’t find anyone to get our car out of valet… almost missed our flight over it. Nobody ever answers the phone. Not a good experience

Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, could use a deep cleaning and new style in that area because it looked a little rough.

They were very attuned to our event the Ironman. They did extra things like a 3:30 AM shuttle!

Too many drunk people. A drunk person pulled the fire alarm at 1 in the morning. And we all had to leave our rooms in our pajamas scared half to death. There were no staff outside to tell us what to do. Until finally someone came out and told us what was going on. Drunk people were trying to get in my hotel room all night I guess there they were confused about what room they had. Needless to say I didn't pay for that night

Bed bugs. Tons of them. I took videos and showed the staff. They switched my room immediately. I asked for a refund but they did not refund.

The hotel is sparkling clean and within walking distance to all of downtown Tulsa.

Great location in downtown Tulsa. The hotel was noticeably old. This made especially apparent by the up keep. We stayed in executive suite since we were traveling with our kids. It was nice to have a separate room with a pull out couch for them to sleep in. The bathrooms were tiny and you could absolutely everything from the hall way to the people above, below, and next door.

Lot’s of class. I just needed a moral booster and Hyatt Regency was it: thank you Hyatt Regency!

Nice and clean and safe place, also food drink or nearby

We enjoyed the hotel's location in the heart of downtown. The view was great from the 11th floor. Clean hotel and room with friendly staff. It was our first time in Tulsa and we were impressed with the downtown area which was very walkable.

Close to everything downtown. The pool however wasn't clean

I like the area it was in an the staff was nice. I didn’t like being charged for parking every day I was staying there.

I called the front desk several times because I had a couple of questions and the phone would just ring, no one ever answered the phone. On a positive note. The Valet service always answered and they were very helpful.
