By far one of the most disgusting traumatic incidents.... I woke up to a ROACH THE SIZE OF TEXAS crawling across the door on the inside of my room!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING....To make matters worse THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHEN I INFORMED THEM ABOUT IT...WHEN I SHOWED THEM THE PICTURE PROOF THEY STILL DID NOTHING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION...DISGUSTING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

No towels or wash clothes available . no room service , wouldnt take our trash , no pool towels ,ice machines broke , no snack vending machines , no cookies available. No microwave .

4 nights didn't clean my room at any point! Had to get towels my self.

Enjoyed my stay. Would request again. Loved my view and the park behind hotel. Personnel were all very gracious.

Selected this property due to location. Nice hotel, great staff. Was not thrilled about the huge pile of dirty sheets, towels and garbage right outside my door at 6 p.m. in the evening.

Elevators were old and not 100% working (button lights out, floor number not displayed, etc) I was told a shuttle would be available to pick us up from the airport, but when we landed it was not available and had to pay for a Lyft. The restaurant is over-priced...breakfast is $18 per person. Parking is free, hotel staff was friendly, and there are free cookies.

We arrived late after driving for 12 hours. The desk clerk was nice enough to phone the hotel bar to make sure they would remain open to serve us s few cocktails. Bartender was very friendly. Nice clean place.

Great space, nice park, needs updates to decor, desperately needs windows cleaned.

We were very disappointed in our hotel room. There were only two hangers in the closet, they charged extra for Wi-Fi!!!! There was water dripping in the shower and water was all over the floor. EVERYTHING was extra! They nickeled and dimed us to death.

Have been coming here every time I visited Tulsa. Time has taken it's toll on the hotel. Leaking faucets, worn furniture, and something that's always bothered me, poor sound insulation between rooms. Service at the bat is terribly slow. Time to look into other options on my next trip.

Was a little dated and room was just as nice as an average $60 motel ....i must say i was not too impressed

It was an excellent experience! Great facilities, friendly staff and very good location. I do recommend it to all my friends!

The hotel clerk was very nice and quick. The cookies were fabulous! I was disappointed there wasn't a fridge in the room. There was a vent in the shower that was dirty and gross (room 243 in case someone from the hotel sees this) but the rest of the room was clean and comfy. Was worried when we saw the people staying in the room next to ours had a dog but it didn't end up being an issue

We love to stay at the Doubletree at Warren Place when we go to Tulsa to see family. It is convenient to local highways, and a very nice hotel for the money. We always get great service from the staff, a level up from what the price would suggest, and you can't beat the warm cookies upon check-in.

The entrance to this hotel is difficult to find at best! Parking is tricky as well. The valet is never present, so you have to ask the front desk clears. There are no little refrigerators with goodies and beverages and no water in the room. I found a piece of paper in the hotel information left on the desk that had info on using the wifi service.that did not work. After calling the front desk, they told me that the correct info was on the key- card holder. That was confusing.?!? The alarm clock worked but I couldn't change the actual time?!? So I spent a lot of time talking to Bryon at the front desk that night. I like the location, and the rooms were nice, but a challenge.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
