This property has a gated whirlpool, pool and fitness center. I liked the computer and printer access - user friendly. They offer some healthy options at their Bistro. What was upsetting was the bed, it was so firm that my back was aching all night -- I had to sleep on pillows to fall asleep. If I had one more night there I don't think I could stayed.

Nice room, the location was good and the staff was courteous

The hotel is conveniently located near other good stores and restaurants. The hotel staff, however, is a hit of miss. 50% of them were friendly. Half of them are just plain rude and unprofessional. What I mean is that when you ask for their assistance the rude ones just give you a lot of attitude so you can go away and not bother them. One lady at the cafe bar just outright berated me for ordering multiple items! She passive-aggresively told me to "slow down with my orders" because I am ordering too many items. Anyways, I wouldn't recommend this place due to the customer service. The rude ones (and there are many - half of the staff were like that!) just make your trip very unpleasant.

The staff was very considerate and helpful. Very comfortable.

Staff was efficient and friendly. The location was excellent, a short walk to my meeting.

Great room and very nice staff, good location. The desk staff were very helpful with directions to our events.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. New lobby. We paid extra to include breakfast and we were pleased. Nice location other dinning options close by.

I was at the Marriott for work. They have a nice set up for business people. The staff provided me with a few good resturant recommendations. It was a comfortable week.

The location was perfect for shopping, loved the decor and all the color. Rooms were clean and hotel staff helpful.

Was a very nice hotel. The only thing that could've been better is if it had complementary breakfast.

Nice and comfortable. Good breakfast on site.

Had to be in Tucson for 2 nights; stayed at recommendation of the person I was visiting. They were remodeling the front of the hotel; check in area and breakfast were in same room Cramped, and breakfast was limited. Staff was friendly. Would have liked them to tell me on the website that work was ongoing. However, it was not loud or dusty.

Nice and quiet. Helpful staff. Clean rooms, Nice flat screen t.v.,
