The staff and facilities were amazing. We had to stay longer than originally planned and the staff graciously worked with us. I couldn’t recommend this inn enough.

sounds of the neighbors above was a lot

The inn is charming, elegant, and beautiful. Loved the complimentary cookies and snacks available all day. The room had a beautiful fireplace, a bar built into one wall of the room, and a gorgeous four-poster bed. However the pillows weren’t plush enough, the mattress was sagging one side, and the TV was too small for the enormous room. The jacuzzi tub built for two was fantastic, they just needs written instructions for the complicated digital control panel.

Lovely Inn with great space and very welcoming staff!!

Nice charming hotel in little town America. Room was big and confortable. Nice breakfast with freshly cooked omelette station. Stocked mini fridge with overpriced snacks and drinks was a throw back to 20th century hotels!

Great location and well-maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and sitting area are welcoming and well -designed. Unfortunately, we were on the first floor and there was constant noise from kids running and jumping in the room from above.

Expected a comfortable and tasteful inn, and discovered instead that it was something quite different. I should have done better research beforehand.

Charming, clean and unique, place to stay! Very beautiful and well kept.

Beautiful but they could be more attentive to guest and put the hallway light out of night so you can sleep!

Clean and charming , great atmosphere staff I great

We had a great time and are looking forward to our next stay.

We called ahead to make sure there would be room service on New Year's Eve...there was NOY. We had a problem with our TV and had to wait 1 1/2 hours until someone came to fix it. Worst of all, there was a sharp staple in the bed pillow, scratching my face. When it was brought to the attention of the front desk person the next morning, she said, "Gee, that's terrible." We are e-mailing the mgr. to let her know as well.

Thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear you were unable to enjoy your stay due to the neighbors above you. Please note that if we had been informed of the neighbors being loud we would have been able to request them to be respectful of the rooms below and around them. Once again I am so sorry you were unable to enjoy your stay due to the neighbors above.

Thank you so much for your review we really appreciate the comments in regards to the beauty of the property. In regards to the lights in the hallways, those located outside your rooms are unable to be turned off at night due to it being a fire hazard. Please note that the hallway lights are dimmed at night but cannot be turned off complete due to fire and safety concerns.
