Great location, safe, close to subway, bars & restaurants. Heart of the shopping & theater district.

Loved the location. Very helpful staff. The bathroom situation in the room killed it for us. They need to put in a proper door between the bed and the toilet. It was very uncomfortable for the two of us and we had to find restaurants nearby to go to the bathroom as a result. Also, the volume on the TV is capped at a very low level that does not allow you to hear the channel at all. I understand the need to keep a low volume so the neighbors don't get disturbed, but this was just pure annoyance to be stuck at 25% volume as max.

The only downside was the construction happening outside, so it was tricky to find. Bed was comfortable, staff was very nice, and the room was clean. Loved the rooftop bar and food.

This is a great boutique hotel in a fantastic location on Queen St. W. It's not a luxury hotel, but it is clean and comfortable. The rooms are small, better suited for solo travelers--perfect for me!

Excellent location, great decor, comfy nice room with a nice view. Would recommend

Cute boutique hotel, great location, everything I needed, just room was a bit small but it worked. Would stay there again if just myself but too small for two.

Great location and great value for the single traveler.

Perhaps one of the worst hotels in terms of comfort that I have ever stayed at. Standard room size is 150 sq ft. No window. It is designed such that almost literally the entire room is occupied by the bed and the sink which is in the tiny bed. Splashes of water from the sink reach the bed. There is absolutely no space to move around and in fact during the night, we hit our arms and legs to the wall and table over the bed during sleep. If you are taller than 5’ 5” or more than one person, do not consider this hotel room.

This is my second stay at the hotel. Previous was a few years back. The neighborhood is filled with excellent shops, cafes, restaurants. Was close to a conference venue I was speaking at, and a nice walk to get to the venue, discover great food, etc. Hotel is exactly what it says it is: small, comfy, clean rooms- remind me very much of the LA 'Downtown Standard' hotel, about ten years ago, when I stayed there a lot. I don't need to stretch out in a hotel, so for me this kind of small room is fine. Some people might feel it's too small, but not me. Reminds me of some european hotel/hostels I've stayed in. Bed was super comfy, everything clean, staff always very friendly. I will definitely return on my next trip.

I'd stay again. Centrally located in the heart of downtown.

I find it hard to be objective about this hotel. It had one of the smallest rooms I've ever been in and felt like I was in College again. With that said, you get what you paid. If extra space was important, I could've paid extra $100+/ night somewhere else.

Location was fantastic and employees friendly and helpful. As long as you are ok with the small size of the rooms.

We sincerely apologize - the city construction is beyond our control at the moment but we are working on placing signage to prevent this from happening in the future. Kind regards,
