Staff at the hotel were very professional and nice and most importantly welcoming to us. A very trying time to stay in Toronto with everything locked down. The kitchen in the hotel room was a life saver with all restaurants closed. Not much in the way of amenities open, but there was complimentary breakfast still offered.

Was my first time in Toronto and this hotel was perfect location!!!

I really enjoyed this hotel and it’s location! It was clean and everything was walking distance

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room. Best customer service I've ever seen from any staff and I've travelled alot. They go above and beyond in every circumstance and everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Fast, friendly and extremely helpful. Special thanks to the front desk staff that always answered every question and request, the evening/night manager and the weekday cleaning staff on the 7th floor during my stay.

The location of the property is great and the staff are top notch and ready to help when needed.

Great walking distance to everything. Easy parking and corner views.

At check in we were informed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, ( from Oct-Dec 7 th). This was not advertised on the website or I would have booked elsewhere. Informed I could walk 2 blks down to another hotel in 24 degree weather if I wanted to use the hot tub. The employee at the counter was not very informed of where the nearest metro station was but luckily we happened upon a much closer station than the directions he gave us. Overall, an OK stay at this hotel.

Nice apartment style hotel near everything! Very comfortable, super breakfast, CN Tower, entertainment and restaurants all in walking distance

Great location but the hotel is due for some updates. Although the 1bedroom suite was spacious and bed comfortable, the wood furniture is scratched and the sofa looked liked it also needed replacement. The breakfast room is way too small for the hotel and line ups in the morning stretched all the way to the elevators. The staff was very helpful but the check in area was also right next to the breakfast area which was ok for check in but felt cramped for checking out.

Nice hotel. Close to tons of shops and restaurants In the heart of the city! Highly recommended!

Has it all and more.... Got this hotel for $150 a night taxes included for a king studio. Room was large and spacious with full kitchen. Livingroom space with large couch and large tv. View if the city from our 17th floor room was wonderful. This hotel is within walking distance to all downtown Toronto attractions.

Apologies to you and your family Cheryl. The information about our Pool Closure does show as an ALERT on the hotel website - unfortunately we have little control on what appears on the 3rd party sites. Happy to read that overall your stay experience rates as overall OK.
