Location near to airport…after ten pm… closed up….no tv signal…nobottled water….no wake upcall…expensive for service and condition…

I was only there for one night and the tv didn't work I asked for another room and the tv didn't work again

First, I will share my positive thoughts. This hotel is near Pearson Airport. I didn't have to wait a lot for the shuttle. The hotel's staff was helpful. Here are some areas for improvement. The TV's remote control didn't work and was broken. My room had a skylight with a curtain that didn't work either. The bathroom was not clean. There was a drink guy shouting near my door at night (quite scary).

Location is good. Too small hotel. Rooms are small lobby is shared with car rentals desks. No breakfast in the morning as advertised.

My payment failed because my card got replaced, and this hotel requested i enail them with my dull credit card number , epxo date, and number on the back. I called advicing this is unsafe and requested another option, and they rudly cut me off, left me on long holds, and eventually told me to cancel my reservation. Shady business.

The room at this hotel was retro with about the same amenities someone would pay a lot less for in the 80's. At first glance the room appeared clean and comfortable. But on closer attention to detail the floors were very dirty ( couldn't walk barefoot ), a few long dark hairs were apparent ( especially one found on one of the bathroom towels ), and the ceiling smoke alarm was dangling by it's wires. It was disappointing to try to entertain myself with the T.V. because the remote control and the 8 stations that were provided were a joke. On the other hand, the receptionist was very efficient and helpful, and the 24 hour cafeteria-style restaurant next to the hotel was surprisingly adequate. The outside grounds were not all that pleasing with litter everywhere and a lone dead conifer next to the parking lot in front. The proximity to the airport was about the only thing this place had going for it. This would probably be the last place I would stay if I was desperate.

Very close to the airport with good shuttle service. Continental breakfast turned out to be a breakfast sandwich and coffee from Subway which is next door and doesn't open until 7 which doesn't suit early flights. Carpeting in the hallway would be helpful in reducing the footsteps heard off and on during the night.

Terrible hotel and staff. I decided not even spend the night. I lost my money, my time and it was by far the worse service experience I have had in my life. Staff treatment extremely rude. Please avoid this hotel even if it’s for free.

It's a very basic hotel close to the airport. There's a free shuttle but you have to call the hotel when you arrive so they'll send it. Make sure to stand at S5 to wait for it. The reception area is shared with 2 car rental companies and looks like one of the store front shops so don't expect a grand reception area. Breakfast was included in my price but I didn't receive any. I left at 5:30am and breakfast didn't start until 7:00 am. I asked the clerk who was working the morning shift if I can at least have a bottle of water since I'm not getting the breakfast I paid for. He told me no, that I should get it at the airport. The room itself was clean; the bed was comfortable; the furniture in the room was a little worn and tattered; the walls were thin because I heard everything that was happening outside my room. If you just need a place to lay your head if you are overnighting then this hotel is fine. If you are use to Hilton's standards or better, this is not the place for you. If you have an early morning flight, don't bother to pay in advance for the breakfast because you won't get it. And, if I'm ever in Toronto again I wouldn't opt to stay there.

Conviently close to the airport for a fraction of the price of on-site hotels at the airport. Do not book through 3 party booking websites (Orbitz, Expedia) because they do not accept payment that way. The outside of the hotel, lobby, and front desk staff is very unappealing to the point it would make you want to cancel your reservation and pay more elsewhere, but I must say the room itself was quite comfortable and clean. The shuttle to and from the airport was also a plus.

Hotel near the airport with a comfortable room, and shuttle service. The price is according to the service.

This is the first time staying at this hotel and will be the last for sure. The hotel is situated above a car rental agency and check in and out is handled by the rental staff. It is situated next to what seemed to be the noisiest part of the airport and flights could be heard taking off late in to the night/early morning. There are no restaurants close by so you need to either take a cab or drive a mile + to get to anything decent. There is also no breakfast provided or offered that I could find. On a good note, the rooms are very clean and coffee and tea are available in the room.

I came to this hotel at 10 pm they day of my reservation, they said they cancelled it and they didn't even gave me a notice ahead.

The rooms are clean, simple, convienent, and well priced. If you need an overnight for air travel it's perfect. No luxuries, and the staff is a little on edge, but efficient and quick. Check out their long term parking. It's pretty reasonable.

Very clean the rooms was nice me and my friends loved it .

The room was nice but the outside looked terrible, owner is terrible, staff is rude besides two receptionists. Overall bad experience. Avoid.
