It was attached to the convention center. Everything else was absolutely horrible

Thr room was excellent. It had every amenity. It was clean and tidy. The staff was a.little troublesome. Nothinng that wouldake me stay away from the hotel. The shuttle driver was the best employee of the evening and morning.

The property was located at the seagate centers. The staff were pleasant, when you ask them for general things

I liked the view from our room. The hair dryer was broken. The tv was too small. They didn’t have the room that I booked available. Disappointed by how non-modern the room was. Not worth the price.

I was hoping that the hotel would have gotten more upgrades beyond new carpet, wallpaper, and flooring. It’s still the old furniture, same old bathrooms, old analog small TVs, and uncomfortable mattresses. Time to step it up!

It was nice overall. It needs a good cleaning, and a jacuzzi or something to upgrade the fitness area, which is sparse. There also isn't much in the rooms, or even in the lobby, to tell you what is around the area. Most hotels have a rack of literature for attractions in the area, restaurants close by, etc. But not this hotel. The beds were comfortable, and overall I would stay again. However, it would be very simple to make some improvements like I stated above, without spending much money.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of good bars and dinners as well ass the Huntington Center and 5th Third Field.

We were not able to park at the facility. There was no spaces available for hotel guests. Ended up paying to park overnight in a parking garage several blocks away. Told front at desk at check in wanted to pay cash for my room. They put a $25 hold for incidentals. Next day billed my card for full cost of hotel room. Still waiting for my 25 incidental fee to be released.

Lobby smelled of smoke. Room had no carpet. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, the fan on the heat was so loud and it never cycled off, and the glowing box may have been a TV, but I'm not sure.

bathroom and room decor needs renovation. Liked the view of the river. Convenient bar grill in the lobby. Liked the lobby. Well received by hotel personnel. TV channels need upgrade. Bed was comfortable snd clean.

HOTEL WAS NICE AND HOTEL STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. HOTEL WAS CLEAN. HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR KEYS A FEW TIMES BUT MAINTENANCE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM EVENTUALLY.

Great location for downtown events. Lack of USB ports and limited outlets at the desk in the rooms.

The Front Desk Staff were very helpful with my needs and the room was very clean.

Walking distance to entertainment, food and bars. Corner room had an amazing view of the stadium. But the coffee pot had two coffee ground bags still in it and coffee residue in the pot. Also found a used tissue under the bed, a used coffee mug on the window sill.

Parking is not included and is $11 per day. Room carpet was soaked and gross to walk on without shoes. Drainage in sinks was very slow. Location is great but for this price I feel like the room should be in better condition.

The staff was extremely welcome and accommodating. My room had a beautiful view of the river and the surrounding downtown area. It was absolutely gorgeous!

Then property was fine in a great location. Hotel has been well used but maintained well and very clean. Friendly staff and helpful. Our problem was I made 1 reservation for 4 people 2 nights. Room 1 was fine they had us in for 2 nights the second room they only had in for 1 night. A little inconvenienced and stressed. We were already charged the full amount and my friend who is already not well and more then stressed by this situation had to content with this issue. the front desk told her they were completely sold out and she did not have a room. After she through a fit on him he somehow had her room still available. All was well after that.
