All around excellent hotel, from location to staff.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The service, the staff and the location were all perfect for us.

This hotel is truly wonderful. It is located just above Tokyo Station and is absolutely beautiful and central to Tokyo. It is as nice as any hotel we have ever stayed and is truly a 5 star hotel. The concierge's set up many difficult reservations and really facilitated our first trip to Japan. The hotel is just wonderful and a pleasure to stay at. We also wrote a more detailed review at Trip Advisor so I don't want to repeat myself, but we will absolutely stay here again when we return to Tokyo.

What an amazing place! The room was wonderful and very comfortable! They have really thought through what a traveler needs. The housekeeping staff kept the room so clean. We loved the location. Tokyo Station is such a beautiful building and the trains there connected to all the places we wanted to go. The only thing I would say is that it’s a bit pricey. But honestly despite that I highly recommend it and would likely stay there again.

A great location for access to trains and cabs. Fun to stay in a historic hotel that has been nicely renovated.

Beautiful hotel and very convenient location. The room is small but the bathroom very spacious.

Traveling is our family hobby. This was our first time to Japan and it was more of an unknown for us. Going back and forth between a couple hotels we finally chose Tokyo Station Hotel (TSH) and so glad we did. The initial plus for TSH was the convenience of the location next to Tokyo Station. Although several websites say to stay in popular areas like Shinjuku, we are a family of four with two girls and so glad we did not. What we pleasanly found out it was an oasis to all the tourist crowds. Tokyo is busy anywhere but we felt so safe and comfortable at TSH area. TSH is in the Chiyoda district in a plaza that is spacious and beautiful to start your day or end it. Hopping on the train or subway was easy as TSH has a secret door to the station itself. So making touring very easy to go anywhere and get back. The hotel staff were all gracious and accommodating, The concierge team made up of Marie Antoinette, Miyuki, Toronomino understood us and made great choices for us. What was a pleasant surprise was the area around the hotel. It looked like a financial or business district and we were able to observe the work force, school kids, and every day citizens. The best part was the Maronouchi towers across the plaza from TSH. Both loaded with fantastic modern shopping, and restaurants. It’s where the locals would go. We felt it was the best for our family as the tourist areas can be suffocating. Can’t go wrong here, book it.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel Friendly and efficient staff. Great service. Beautiful location. Dinner at chinese restaurant EN in the hotel was disappointing as nothing tasted chinese but was more like a French bistro Overall the hotel was great!

Outstanding hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious (received upgrade because of Orbitz), very luxurious, and well-finished. Very convenient to catch trains in and out of the city. Very historic hotel as well, with a written history provided on check in and old pictures in the hallways. Would definitely stay here again.

Great staff. Great hotel. Great landmark. Definitely recommend it.

I have been very fortunate to stay in fine hotels around the world and this is one of the absolute best ever. Great service! Perfect location. Breakfast buffet was excellent! The porter even walked us and our luggage into Tokyo Station and right to where we stand to wait to board our train! The rooms were beautiful! Thanks hotel staff!

If you plan on using Tokyo Station in your travels this would be your best choice.

Though only there for one night, the Tokyo Station Hotel was comfortable and convenient. We had traveled all day by train from Kinosaki and had to leave the next day for Haneda Airport back to the US. The one-night stay was just what we needed before the long trip home.

Great room- large, very comfortable and elegant. Great bathroom- if I could take the shower home with me, I would. Best hotel breakfast buffet I have had anywhere in the world. Friendly attentive staff and the location cannot be beat for convenience. My new go-to hotel in Tokyo.

We had such a fabulous stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel. This is a historic hotel that was renovated in 2012. Very conveniently located adjacent to Tokyo Station. The staff were absolutely fabulous during our stay. The concierge was able to book choice dinner reservations at 2 of the "Top 50 restaurants of the world". And the bell staff helped us with our bags all the way to the train for our return to the Airport. They even helped us to find our lost luggage. I can't thank thank them enough. This is a Top notch service experience in Tokyo!
