The hotel itself is nice, but the room was outdated and not clean. There was previously used soap and towels in the shower. I said something to the front desk and they said that due to COVID it was cleaned as well as possible. I totally understand that the maintenance staff is probably understaffed, but if you’re paying nearly $200 for a night you’d at least expect the room to be clean. Additionally, my room key was deactivated 5 times and I had to go down to the front desk and wait each time. It was quite disappointing considering what I had to pay for the night.

Great location and lots things to do. Great and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel.

Everything was perfect as usual. We always stay here when we visit our daughter.

Hotel is conviently located, staff was extremely friendly, room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the hotel has a very nice casual social bar area to network and relaxe after a long day of work or traveling.

Wonderful stay. Even with renovations goin on! Will book again

Nice hotel, close to many restaurants, and I-75. I loved it.

Nice and contemporary. The staff I encountered was courteous and friendly. It was the perfect location for our family formal banquet. AJ

Desk in room has Finnish chipped off. Ottoman and carpet stained. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. No blanket anywhere in room and toilet would keep running if you didn't take the tank lid off after every flush and reposition plunger. Room priced to high for what you get.

Wonderful help from all staff. Great southern hospitality at its finest.

I always stay at Hilton because you always get treated with respect first and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The Valdosta Hilton was no different. Why take a chance on inconsistency from other chains, book your room you can’t go wrong here.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly at check in and check out. I didn't use the gym on this trip but walked by it. Equipment appeared to be in good condition and would be met my needs.

Enjoyed our stay, kid's loved the pool. Great southern hospitality...

Good clean hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. I will never do another survey again because you made me write more than I need 2! Thank you!

Enjoyed my stay . Graduated college from VSU. Was glad to be back
