We booked two rooms and stayed on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had very large cockroaches that we were shocked to find 2 days in a row. The property was otherwise comfortable, the coffee and "grab and go" breakfast convenient and the staff very friendly and efficient.

There was some kind of smell in the hallways but other than that everything else was ok

Terrible services dirty rooms and non working microwave

It was just a bad experience staying there and they seemed like they didnt care

Considering the ridiculous price you would think they would offer great amenities and a decent breakfast; no. Won't be back.

Hotel was dirty and the chairs in the room were stained and smelled. The iron was damaged and the front desk had to go through 4 of them to find one in good condition. However, staff was accommodating and allowed a late check out so we could get ready for a wedding.

The lobby smelled of dirty restroom. The staff was great and friendly. The room had no cups, plates or anything in the cub bards.

Good location near mall and other stores. Good room for the price.

The staff was nice. I booked a non smoking room but when we walked in it obviously smelled like smoke. The place had a motel feel to it. The bathroom was clean but some areas were overlooked or wiped down not clean (toilet).

The room seemed a little old and outdated. Worse than that was the smell. It smelled like moldy bread. I believe the air conditioning filter needs to be replaced which created the odor. We notified the front desk staff upon arrival, and borrowed air freshener to help with the odor. At check out, we suggested that the air conditioning filter be replaced as soon as possible. The continental breakfast had very little options.

Staff were friendly. Hotel room was clean. Their confines breakfast was the only dissapointment. It consisted of cheap muffins, coffee, hot chocolate, and oatmeal. They didn’t offer any fruit like most continental breakfasts.

Just needed to stay one night. The air conditioner was loud, kept waking me. The bed was good, the room was clean, but I had a terrible time sleeping because of the air conditioner and the window wouldn't open for fresh air.

The worst I've ever experienced. The whole facility smells like a marijuana house. The contenental breakfast was a joke, granola bars and coffee is what they call breakfast.

The place was clean and the staff was nice in helping us out over this weekend. Only disappointment was that there was a weird foul smell in the lobby once you enter the hotel. Secondly, they should remove their continental breakfast if they are not going to serve a legitimate breakfast. There was only coffee, oatmeal, a few muffins, and granola bars. I grabbed what I could and other folks that came down for breakfast were surprised too that there was only a little set up with barely anything. I've heard worse stuff on the reviews but I guess I lucked out.

The staff when I checked in was very nice. The young lady helping me was training and she and her manager were great! I thought that was a solid start. Once I got to my room I noticed that there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the staff hadn't removed the old shampoo bottles left by the previous person (which was laying sideways on the back of the toilet). Shortly after settling in, I began to hear a small dog barking wildly next door. This went on for about 15 minutes straight, so I called the front desk to ask to see if they could do something. They assured me that they would...35 minutes later, nothing. Dog still barking. I walked out to the front desk and found the same gentleman that I chatted with before. He didn't seem too worried about it, but said that he'd "get right on it". The barking went on for about an hour longer until the person(s) got back to their room. Later that night I was awoken by the noise of a couple shouting and cursing at each other (same room as the small dog). This was by far one of the worst places I've stayed.

Quick & easy check in. Friendly staff. Very clean! We liked the fact that rooms had wood flooring & not dirty old carpet. Close to restaurants, shops & freeway. But... No maid service, we had to ask several times for wash clothes, toaster & coffee maker. Had to buy our own coffee filters & coffee. Breakfast was a few muffins, coffee gone by 8:30. No hangers in closet or shampoo, conditioner, etc (did have a hair dryer & iron). Would stay again because it was very clean & quiet, but would go grocery shopping first & bring our own everything!

Nothing to talk about horrible place, very very very dirty from the moment you walk in to the smell in the elevator, to the smell and dirt in the rooms! Worst hotel is have ever stayed in.sad!
