Staff was friendly and helpful. However the hotel needs a good outdoor paint job and some updates.

Location was great the front desk they were very nice . They just need to redo the place very old looking furniture as well.

Cleanliness was the main problem here. Sheets had stains. Some of the towels didn't look like they were washed. There was rotting food left in the safe that cleaning staff missed. I will not stay here again.

Pretty run down. First “nonsmoking” room smelled like an ash tray. Second one tolerable but still faint smell of cigarettes. Close to Camelback ski resort. The Indian restaurant in a train across the street was great.

Place was ran down. Needs to be torn down. Carpet stained. Walls have water damage. Beds uncomfortable. Door didn't close properly. Don't waste your money.

You get what you pay for. The bathroom made me feel gross and the couch was something I wouldn’t have let my dog sat on. I know the “continental breakfast” doesn’t really come with much, however, it was advertised in the booking but was told the hotel no longer serves it. Probably wouldn’t book here again.

There was a bag of garbage in our room left by the cleaning staff and an empty beer bottle on the balcony. Seems to be that they could clean a bit better especially during COVID-19.

Honestly it’s a good property of you aren’t accustomed to a five star hotel each time. I did bleach the bathroom myself upon arrival because I did see a hair that wasn’t mine and during this crisis you can’t be too safe. But otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

The guy who checked me in was friendly and helpful. The room was fine. Warm on a very cold night. I was hoping for a banana for breakfast but they only had oranges.

Hotel needs to be up to date. Many stuff in room are old and bathroom is too small. also, doors are old and rusty, old locks, old windows, old carpets, etc. Many rooms smells like cigarette.

Receptionist lady was not friendly at all. No smile no talk

I chose the option to pay at the hotel when we checked in. When we arrived I was told that they already charged my credit card, and was told that this was their policy to hold the rooms. It wasnt an issue but would of rather have paid cash than charge my card.

Located close to a great deal of restaurants and shopping.

The room smells, there were a good deal of insects. And there was mold and mildew all over the walls.

The facility as a whole seemed a bit ignored. There were pretty big holes and cracks all over, basically inviting critters to nest. Whole building (exterior) needed a good power wash. Interior needs to be updated as well.

Hornets were on balcony of room. My family member went out on the balcony at night, unaware and was stung on the neck. The next morning, in broad daylight, we saw a large cluster of the hornets in the very place where my son had leaned up against and a nest visinle above the sliding doors as ee looked out in horror. We reported to the desk as we chevked outwhat had happened. No apology to speak of and quite indifferent.

The staff was very friendly but the room was smelly

Bed bugs and no refunds. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
