I checked in to the hotel early morning of Saturday July 3 and Carlos checked me in. Btw, he’s quite an understanding person and he definitely deserves a raise. I passed out as soon as I got to my room and woke up in the morning. Boy it was hot! Apparently, the A/C was not working. Overall good stay but still the A/C …!

I love the Double Tree and I checked out of a Sheraton for my last night at a Double Tree. I was disappointed that the sliding doors were outdated and you could not sleep with all the noise coming off the highway. I noticed this the second I got into the room and touched nothing; I immediately called down to asked to have my room changed and I was told no that other hotel guest have rooms facing the highway and they dont have a problem. I was also told that there was none in the hotel to santize my room so I could not switch. This was 9pm at night. I stepped outside my room to see a house keep 2 doors down cleaning another room. I asked for a refund so I could go back to the Sheraton and they told me NO. I would not recommned this Double Tree Josh the manager was unaccommodating and does not know the meaning of customer service. NEVER AGAIN

Nice, clean hotel with a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. And of course the cookie was delicious. The only thing that was missing/weird was that there was not a mini fridge in the room, nor a microwave. We stayed in a king room with balcony.

This Double Tree was really nice for the price! If you need a mini fridge, just ask the front desk and they will bring one to your room. The cookie at check-in was delicious as always, and the shuttle from the airport was great.

Service at the front desk ... so if the girl who was there seems to like the guy, she offered her name and if there was anything else she could help... but seems to the ones she didn’t like ... she was not smiling and cold when check in. I don’t care much but... it does make the difference after a long flight to be received with a smile ya know?

I love the location of property. Very convenient to Mall and restaurants. My wife and I came from Cleveland and stayed there for 4 days and we were very impress. Patricia from the front desk was excellent she made our stay very pleasant. Also, the other lady I can’t remember her name but all I remember she was short with dreadlocks also helped us out, she was very informative and gave us recommendation on where to get pizza from. I love the staff and stay and definitely will be back soon. Them two women need a raise. Thanks Doubletree you guys rock!!

The Honors floor was nice, enjoyed the self-serve coffee and cookies. But if I had known our room would look out over the interstate, we would have requested a room on the other side--just way too noisy, day AND night. Breakfast good, but breakfast room was cold. Front desk service was nice, except the attendant who checked us in, who admitted she did not do this often, was not clear about our reservation through Orbitz having two parts, Friday-Sunday and Sunday-Monday, so we were checked out on Sunday and had to check-in again on Sunday for the next 24 hours--that should have been noted, as it was clearly on our reservation.

Great staff! Loved the in-house bar-restaurant, very convenient and affordable prices.

I booked a room with a king sized bed, which was not available when we checked in. When I called the front desk I was on hold for so long that I had to walk back instead. Also - I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have a small refrigerator in the room, especially one that had a restaurant right in the hotel. I had leftovers from several meals that I was not able to keep, which was a waste.

Conveniently close to airport, but not much else to say. Our room was kinda small - which was fine for just one night stay, but probably would not be comfortable to stay longer. Small windows, pretty busy - seems like very popular for overnight stay before the flight.
