Disgusting.

The building is old, the toilet did not flush. It was hot and they charged me an extra 150 until I checked out and for them to check the room. So the bill increased by $150.

Good nightly rate, however the room appeared needing a bit of up keeping particularly in the bathroom (broken shower fixtures) in need of repair.

It was good.

This is an old Days Inn that was gussied up and added a few convention rooms which were not in use when I stayed. Staff was helpful, but room was average at best. The faucet handle spun around, old bathroom tile and no table despite having a chair in the corner.

Supposed to be free breakfast which I expected to be above average because this is a conference center. However a sack breakfast of bottled water and two wheat containing breakfast bars were provided. AC unit made loud pulsating noise so it was hard to sleep.

The property was old and outdated needed renovation nothing worked in her room air condition made a lot of noise and hairdryers did not work

Lobby was spacious and breakfast was nice. Plenty of parking and good location for getting around Tallahassee and FSU 10 min drive. Wish they could have had more control of convention patrons that were drinking in parking lot and loud in hallways until 1am. Although the maid service did an excellent job of cleaning the room and bathroom, a handyman that must have just re caulked the bathtub left all the existing mildew underneath instead of removing it first. They also spread the new caulking like finger painting into the corners and a big dallop on tiles near the faucet handles. The first 2 inches of grout and the edges of the new caulk were growing with dark mildew. It was gross enough that I did not want to take a shower and almost requested another room, but we had to be somewhere just after settling into our room. I bought some Kaboom foam when I was at a store later anyway and sprayed on the tiles and caulk when we got back around 10 pm that night-mildew was gone in 5 minutes. Regular shower cleaners would have had no effect on this, so not fault of the maid staff. Management should walk through every room at least once a week, and this would have been noticed. I did report upon check out 2 days later.

Room was spacious, location is good. A lot of nearby restaurants.

For the price, this place worked. The staff wasn't overly friendly at check in (or when I asked for more shampoo), but they weren't rude either. The place is pretty well worn, but they've done the best they can with what they have. The room was clean (although the sheets on the pull out couch had not been replaced). The air conditioner in the room was loud, but it worked well. So, for a one-night layover, this place was clean and safe and did the job.

Large, clean room. No places to lay out items, need shelfor stand in bathroom to lay out toiletreeies, just have lid of toilet and sink. Bad arraingment of room. Ac blows right on person in bed. Coffee pots need cleaned. Was not impressed especially for cost. Better places to stay for cheaper in the neighborhood.

'Sunshine breakfast' consisted of watery oatmeal and make-your-own waffle as the hot breakfast. The rest was toast and muffins and cold cereal. Some bad coffee and juice. Was very disappointing breakfast that failed to compete with other hotel breakfasts in the area. Otherwise was minimally sufficient, but overpriced for what it was...

It appears to be going through a remodel. Our room looked as though it was recently painted, as there were some noticeable paint splatters. The room was comfortable and it was a good stop on our long car ride. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Friendly, professional staff. Clean, Comfortable rooms. Great rate. Only draw back was they seemed a little short staffed.

It met my expectations. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful

Nothing was unique about this property. As soon as you hit the door that musty smell kills you. I’m guessing that was a breakfast
