The only thing good at this hotel or are the employees. It took the girl three rooms to find one that didn’t stink, and it wasn’t a whole lot better. My last day I couldn’t take a shower because the water was out. They kept telling me the plumber was working. Very frustrating place. No fees waived for the issue. Absolutely overrated online.

This hotel is WAYYYYY overvalued for the money. No valet parking, the luggage buggies suck, no ice machine on the floor, no real closet, HUGE bathroom w all this dead space, refrigerator in bathroom area, bar didn't open evening, and it irked me most that I paid for city view and instead of one big window the view is obstructed with a wall w TV and two small windows on each side. Will never stay there again.

Liked the space and the blinds made it nice and dark to get a good night's sleep

It was clean, current and good location. We liked the big bathroom area. Only issue was with the noise outside. It felt like the windows were so thin because we heard motorcycles, sirens, etc ALL night!

I’ve stayed here before I like staying here you have all the amenities you need but not too much and the coffee in the room is great and the people at the front desk go out of their way to be nice and take care of you

They charge you for parking when you're staying at their facility. It's not a lot, but $8 per night when you're already paying to stay there is offensive.

Great location and upbeat hotel experience. I enjoy my stays here frequently

Attractive, nice room, bed is comfortable, coffee maker does not work

This is the most pet friendly place I've ever stayed. No pet fee, breed or weight restrictions, they brought up dog beds for them and each dog got a bag with a toy and treats. There's water bowls in the lobby as well as a pen to keep a local adoptable dog which is a great idea. Rooms were clean, all staff were very friendly and the price was great. You do hear road noise but that's literally every hotel in town so it was no big deal.

My daughter and i stayed here while in town for FSU orientation. Tbe staff was friendly and helpful. We feally enjoyed the live entertainment at night and the rescue dog.

Staying at Aloft was a wonderful experience. I was able to call and maintain my reservation even though my check-in was after 9pm. The room was very clean. The bathroom door was hard to operate and had a crack in it but they made a note of it and we weren't held liable. Our window shades were inoperable. We told the front desk, they had their engineers fixing the problem in less than 20 minutes (dead batteries). The package I bought included breakfast stipends which we did use to enjoy breakfast there every morning. The prices were pretty reasonable either way. The fire pit was my favorite part. The front desk will loan thick fleece blankets to guests to wrap up in while enjoying the patio area! My biggest complaint was the amount of street noise. It wasn't a dealbreaker, as we were on vacation and didn't need to wake up very early but cars driving driving by, blasting music and tires screeching were very noticeable. We were on the second floor and facing the corner of two busy intersections, near the bus station but again, it was not enough of an issue because I was still able to sleep.

The room was comfortable and attractive. The common areas were fun, but the best part was the puppy. The partnership with the Humane Society is brilliant, and getting to play with a puppy on a stressful trip means that this will be my hotel of choice in Tallahassee.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Unfortunately, you could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms and on the street. I felt like I was sleeping outside next to the road but my room was on the 6th floor. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Nice hotel no room service but has food you can order near lobby no couch or chair in room but overll good hotel
