room smells like an ash tray, tv docent work, coffee pot doesn't work, no curb to hold show water. water everywhere after show. a terrible place to stay.

Smooth check in process

It was convenient to where we needed to be HOWEVER - we were NOT informed that the hotel was CLOSED and not FULLY OPERATIONAL due to COVID and were sent instead next door to their extended stay suites - which was nice except that the rooms smelled stale & musty - obviously because due to the pandemic they have been unused & not aired out & re-freshed properly - We chose this property because it advertised both a restaurant & a bar on the premises and both were closed - The complimentary breakfast was more like airline eggs & pre packaged muffins - nothing to rave about We felt conned & not having another choice upon our arrival forced to stay the 2 nights - The poor staff tried to put on a happy view & to be accommodating - they changed our first room when we complained that it also smelled like cigarettes!! The pandemic has obviously affected their business but simple things like opening up the windows in the rooms, spraying some air fresheners, oh and adding bathroom toiletries ie: more than 1 box of tissues, 1 roll of tp, and 1 small bar of soap would be helpful! I truly was surprised - quality of HI are usually excellent

Great

The prence was clean and well maintained the beer was cold

Staff was very professional and helpful. Airport shuttle was prompt.

Unfortunately no free breakfast in the morning Or at least coffee during the daytime

The indoor pool was excellent and staff was helpful and polite

Convenient location to restaurants and quick store

A great time and will be going back as soon as I can

The staff was welcoming and my room was clean. The drive was close to my location of Syracuse University.

This was one of four hotel chains at which I stayed during a nine-day trip. It's a nice property, well-located, and was the most expensive of the four. To some, this is probably a nitpick, but check-in was by far the lingest of the four, despite the fact that there was nobody ahead of me, my stay was pre-paid and a folio with my name on it was visible when I walked up. Desk clerk, who was very nice, blamed the issue on a "slow computer" -- which is something I heard when I stayed here a couple years ago (and have heard at one of this chain's hotels in suburban Chicago).

It is clise to work food and service were excellent plus a shuttle service to mall helpful to get home

Came back one day to find one bed completely stripped with a the headboard lying on it. All the sheets ect. were lying on the floor and the room had not been cleaned. Called the front dusk and they had no explanation for it. Sent a maintenance man up who put the headboard back on but the room remained a mess.

First night stop on the weekend. Arrived late and left early so really didn't have a chance to check the place out in daylight. Room A/C really never cooled the room down as cool as we like it - was a steamy hot day - maybe it should've been "on" before we arrived... :-/ Would stay there again. Check in staff was friendly and efficient. Richie Polka

We stay at this same hotel every time we visit Syracuse. The staff is awesome and the location is perfect.

Hotel was clean, staff was great. 30 minutes after checking in the front desk call and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. I thought that was great of them to check in. Room was clean and a great size. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was modern, clean and well-run. My only issue was that in designing the room we were in, I'd have preferred it if they had devoted more floor area to the bathroom and less to the bedroom. The bathroom was just too small, which would have been cured by taking a bit of space from the bedroom, which would not have suffered as a result. Obviously, this isn't going to get fixed anytime soon and isn't a show-stopper as far as I'm concerned, but it is a clear design error, in my opinion.
