Beautiful flowers.

A full warm breakfast and fitness room were supposed to be provided. The breakfast was just processed muffins and breakfast sandwiches we warmed up ourselves in a microwave. The gym was closed because of covid. We were hit up with a $125 security fee on top of what we already paid for the room when we checked in. They are understaffed and did not clean the room or provide fresh towels between days. The room smelled like a rotten pumpkin. The shower and curtains were moldy. The people that stayed above us were pounding their feet at all hours of the day and i had to say something to the front desk several times. People were smoking pot in the hotel. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $10 a night to stay at a good hotel.

The most disappointing breakfast ever. There were barely any food choices available. No cereal, milk, eggs, waffles, yogurt. The only thing they had was coffee, oatmeal packets and like 5 prepacked pastries. You also need to ask for the pool to be unlocked and couldn't check out because no one answered the bell at the front desk. Won't stay here again. Not worth the amount we paid.

They didnt allow my family to check in to the hotel wiyhput a major credit card fpr deposit, they wouldn't accept any cash or debit card for the incidental hold. My fiance and our 3 children were left to fend for them selves in a foreign city. No where does it say it on the site from Orbitz that i needed a major credit card, the front desk woman argued with me and told me that she knows for a fact its on there and for me to contact expedia and argue with them??? Yes she assumed i booked through them but said she'll cancel the booking once she spoke to a rep from the site i booked through and we can get our money back. 2 days later i get contacted from orbitz that the property denied the refund. Its wrong all around.. 150$ later 6 hours of travel to only end up without the money and nowhere to sleep.

Staff did everything possible to make our stay memorable

It was a great because of a stupid fire alarm but one can control that. Just don't forget your mask when running from a fire. Lol Staff was asking people to wear their when the alarm went off. Kind of stupid because we thought there was a fire.

Rip of no jacuzzis in room just a pool I paid for a jacuzzi room not to swim with the whole county during Covid

I didn’t like that there was no hot water in the shower in my room,the sheets were dirty,there was old potato chips on the floor ,there was vomit left dryed up in the hallway, there was blankets and towels left out in the hallway must’ve been left there all night by housekeeping if they had any housekeepers and the hot tub/jacuzzi wasn’t very hot. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been too I would never go back..

Room layout wasn't bad, but the jacuzzi tub was extremly small, the shower in the bathroom was even smaller. King size bed with twin size bed pillows. Room was clean with a simple layout but I wouldn't recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a night away with their spouse and share the jaccuzi tub.

Great spot, everyone very nice and the room was totally fine, however it was freezing when we arrived. I know it’s summer and it’s A/c season but it’s not a meat locker!

Location was good, the staff were okay, the cleanliness was awful. There was a fire alarm in the middle of night that caused everyone to be startled. There was a musty odor in the room. We bought a room deodorizing spray and that didn't help. There was a dirty washcloth on the top of the shower rod. The bed sheets were crumpled.

Very clean and friendly! Kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area.
