I usually have great successes at Holiday Inn Express but this was so disappointing. My sheets and pillowcases were not clean, they had makeup all over them. The pool was absolutely disgusting. It was cold and where it should have been 5ft deep it was maybe filled to 3ft. It had elastics, dirt and mystery stuff floating around in it. We had to ask fir towels and when they have us them they were basically hand towels. We got in and out of that place as fast as we could, luckily we stayed only 1 night.

From the time we register front desk attendant Vannesa she was very professional and knowledgeable of her job make us feel at home , the breakfast was very delicious and the room was very clean, thanks Vannesa geor a job well done I will be back

Very poorly run property, TV doesn't work correctly, phone in room was broken, Only got on bath towel in bathroom and no one at front desk to request another one, NO HOT WATER!!!!! Requested housekeeping they never showed. You can hear everything in the hallways and even a normal conversation in the rooms adjacent. Breakfast staff didn't show up. Front desk unmanned most of the time.

Went to take shower there were no towels.Had to be moved because TV was not working. Staff was excellent and accommodating.

Rate was reasonable for last minute reservation. No remote and sink broken in first room. Had to switch ch rooms.. fridge settings not working in second room... door keys barely work on room doors and do not work on outside doors... supposed to be a no smoking hotel but no apparent reinforcement

The room was clean, check in was quick and simple, all staff were great about sticking to quarantine protocol.

We booked a suit that was suppose to have two queen beds and a sofa pull out. (For 6 people) they do not have this room any longer even thought it shows on their website. They were wonderful about it, ended up giving us two rooms with two queen beds in each room. Free of charge for the second one - and a discount due to the mishap, Good place for a quick stay, breakfast was great. Pool was small but the kids didn’t care. Hot water didn’t last long at all taking a shower/ maybe 5 mins at most.

They had everything we wanted. The sheets and the beds were awesome.

They switched my room for no reason, the only good thing was Susan at the front desk. The hotel is under renovations which were not stated on the website so the pool was closed and there was a lot of debris

The hotel was having major renovations that we were not aware of. We arrived at night and had to use a side door to get in. There was no lighting and did not feel safe. The lobby had no air conditioning so the breakfast area was too hot.

Water backed in shower. Floor tile on bathroom floor was cracked

Lights went out but that was even the problem. The lack of information from the staff about the situation. Then in the the morning the rude staff, the smell of marijuana in the hallway I realized I picked the wrong hotel to stay. This hotel doesn’t deserve the holiday inn name.

The hotel was fine. It's a bit dated at this point, but it was still comfortable and didn't seem like it was falling apart. The breakfast staff was super attentive and very polite. They even asked how we liked the breakfast. Cleaning staff was also very polite. Check in was a bit slow, but overall a very good experience.

Everyone at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Had a very disappointing stay. Several rooms of guests across the hall were having a party, lots of noise and doors opening and slamming. Guest next door or upstairs had volume awfully high on TV. Soundproofing in walls was minimal, much worse than typical hotels. Additionally, shower water cycled hot and cold. Staff were OK... not their fault about the noise and the plumbing... but they couldn't fix the problems either. Room itself was fine, as was breakfast.

This place was over priced for the area. Make sure you stay on top floor if at all.

They were wonderful about it, ended up giving us two rooms with two queen beds in each room.
