Definitely not a four star hotel. Three would be a stretch. Parking charge was not declared at check in and was a surprise at check out. Very noisy. Walls are so thin you can clearly hear normal conversation from adjacent rooms.

Victor and Lynette and the entire staff bent over backward for me. My wife was having a surgical procedure, and when I left the hospital in the evening to return to the hotel, I had a bad fall that fractured my elbow, sprained my wrist, and whacked my knee.and a

To start, the whole place smells like air freshener. Makes you wonder if they’re covering up a bad smell. The club music right once you walk in is just too much. Half the place is being remodeled so there’s plastic everywhere. I understand some amenities being closed because of the virus, but if local restaurants can be open, can’t the hotel at least offer food that you can take back to your room? No booklet about the hotel in your room, the phone didn’t work, floors so dirty your feet turn brown. Overall I was very disappointed. Especially because I paid extra for a nicer room. Paying extra apparently gets you a nice view of the back lot and some trailers, where people go to smoke weed and throw trash on the ground.

Noisy heater. Defect bathtub faucet. Cleaning crew keep knocking on door.

The property was fine. The front desk staff was very friendly, but did not advise of some basic things (like internet, where our room was).

Nice and clean and obviously renovated \ refurbished recently. The location is OK, kind of sketch. Staff were very friendly and customer service oriented. I prefer a slightly more luxurious place with better amennities, but the The Domain Hotel is one of the best values in the area IMO.
