The room was filthy and dusty. The furniture was old and worn. The walls were stained. I wouldn’t stay there again if it was free. DISGUSTING

The service was excellent. Bed was comfortable. 4 pillows. Ac very cold. Pool and whirlpool beautiful. Theres bottles of water in the gym to drink. The only issue on the first floor was a constant loud slamming door which was either the stair doors to reach the floors above or the custodians space for housekeeping carts and other supplies.

Temperature in the Lobby area was very cold; it was a cool day and our room was 63 degrees when we checked in. Also the carpet by the a/c was soaking wet. Otherwise the room was very good.

The hotel itself was nice, but the first night of our stay we were awoken at 130am by staff from the recent next door, Decent People. They were requesting to take a picture of our credit card, stating that we didn’t pay our tab. But, it was all very shady, because they knew we paid a tab, and they scan your card before you sit down, so it’s impossible for there to be open tabs, as they have the card on file. Hilton Garden Inn should not be giving out our room number, and when I told the front desk, they said a manager would contact me. No one contacted me. I would be very concerned with your safety staying here.

The hotel was very nice. Check in went smoothly and housekeeping was professional and prompt with responding to requests. The room was clean but the wood furniture was a little worn and there was a noticeable stain in the ottoman. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Had late check in staff was super friendly. Thought the breakfast was a little expensive for my comfort that’s why I dropped comfort down a notch

Great stay. Easy reservation. Only complaint would be a 10.00 breakfast charge but it's optional. Starbucks in walking distance. Would highly recommend.

It has a good location to all the major areas of the Hampton roads. Our bathroom was filthy when we entered but it got cleaned after we told them. Staff was nice to me and my daughter. Quiet place to sleep.

Great place to stay in Chesapeake. Quick check in, room very nice and clean. Only downfall was free wifi, wasn't able to connect and had to go to my mobile hotspot. Otherwise a very friendly place.

Have always enjoyed staying at Hilton brand hotels. Hotels are clean and rooms are comfortable.
