I like the connection to the rehabilitation aquarium. Our first room was near the parking garage and we slept poorly due to the Saturday night noise all night long. The next night we got moved to an ocean front room and it was wonderful, much more peaceful. The staff were all excellent and very friendly and helpful. The rooms were both lovely. I loved being able to walk to the beach and around town.

A small intimate hotel with very good staff. I was a little disappointed they don't have a hot tub. Also that while the room was advertised to have a partial view of the gulf. The picture of the view was grossly misleading in comparison to what it was. I also thought having separate fees for parking, beach chairs, and umbrellas should already be built into the price of the hotel room as guests. Otherwise, the view from the private beach was phenomenal. The food at the restaurant was also surprisingly good. Overall an enjoyable stay.

There was construction going on next door that we were not advised of, that made it impossible to sleep. The windows in the room rattled constantly at night. I eventually stuffed a piece of paper in them to alleviate some of the noise. However the noise from the construction next door, that started every day at 7am was horrible! I think, at the very least, a discount should have been offered. The cost of parking should have been included in room price as well. $150 for parking is ridiculously high. The location was good, but we had to drive to most places then pay to park there as well. Had the building next door not have been under construction, our visit would have been a whole lot better!

Let me start by saying that not every building should be called a resort. We checked in late due to weather and our ocean view room was not available due to it having been floded. They put us in another room for one night until ours was ready. The young lady with glass on the front desk could not care less when we brought up the fact that our room we paid for was not ready until the next day around 3 pm. Her answer was....ok! When we finally moved to our paid room after about 20 minutes we realized the flood from the noght before had not been remediated. Once it started raining outside so did inside. All of our shoes and luggage that were sitting by the window got soaked and started smelling. They sent a guy to mop the water and put towels to stop the water from spreading even more. That was all that was done. So whenever it rains the 5th floor goes under water BE Aware. Will not stay in that place ever again. And you should not either. I was told at check out they would return my resort and parking fee of $90. Which honestly was a joke after what they did to us. Please do not stay here !!! I just saved you hundreds!!! You are welcome!

Private beach and parking was fantastic. Staff was great. Excellent place for families! Great location.

We enjoyed everything!

The restaurant wasn't open which was a disappointment. The balconys are too small. I thought from pictures it was a bigger hotel with bigger rooms. Management is very accomodating to concerns. Liked the free specialty coffee each day.

Thank you for taking the opportunity to share your experience with our team and other travelers. While we understand that the local construction can cause some disturbance from our City View Rooms, this is unfortunately something that we have no direct control over. We're disappointed that we could not have provided you with a more positive experience and will be utilizing your feedback in our regular efforts to improve on our service and offerings. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we wish you safe travels.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We deeply regret that the weather experienced during your visit caused this disturbance to your stay. While we have since made several repairs that we believe to have resolved this issue - it is regrettable that the unexpected heavy winds/rain experienced during the storm on your arrival caused us to not be able to deliver on your expectations. We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us and other travelers and hope that we may have an opportunity to provide you with a more pleasant experience in the future.
