Dirty rooms that had cokroaches

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in

It is the worst hotel I stayed. The rooms were dirty, rusted and very poorly kept landscaping.

That it was close to the beach and that we could park there a little early and go enjoy the beach until our room opened.

Not up to the mark

You get what you pay for... The property was literally falling apart, the front desk staff was not friendly. The pools were dirty looking. But the only good thing is it was on the beach.

Horrible, the ice machine and elevator didn’t work in the building I was in, you had to walk over to the office to get anything. Also it’s super old and smells in the rooms. There were bugs. The pool was never cleaned while we were there. The trash was only kinda picked up once in four days. Our room keys would only work one day at a time. There was a lot of younger adults causing havoc at 2am the police were called. When I was checking in there were three families checking out because the air conditioning in there rooms were broken.

For a price over 300 a night the room was filthy we did not have working shows or bathtub . I wiped the counter top just to fined them wipe is brown. The elevator did not work properly , sometimes to and another it didn’t. Everything was dirty and should not be in operation. I will be reporting seaside in to the Florida health department. We checked out 1 day earlier, that is as soon as we could find other accommodations. This place made me sick to my stomach. When I report the problems I was informed that it is an older building so .

The pictures look nice online But definitely needs up to date photos because it’s false advertisement. It said free parking on site but once I got there I had to end up paying and that’s if you can find a parking spot . Then the room I reserved -wasn’t the room I got and the back side of there building is rusted and looks shut down all while there still renting them out . Chairs at pool was tore up. Elevators in back building don’t work and they don’t tell you that either when your checking in so with a bad shoulder and back had to carry luggage 3 stories .. I wish I could upload the photos.

Great location. Everything was not up to par.

This place is terrible. My room had a window that wouldn’t lock, a TV that wouldn’t shut off, and no way to physically secure the door (the chain lock was gone). Additionally, I woke up in the night to a roach crawling on me in bed. I couldn’t stay there the second night I had booked. I ate the cost and got another room elsewhere. The location of this place is all it has going for it.

The place was filthy…. Carpets dirty. Bathrooms should be gutted…just not at all clean. I was told they had 80 check outs and 4 maids, do the math. Doesn’t add up!! I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom… beautiful location, but someone should remodel it.

Th property is dated and in disrepair. The current management is letting it run down.the tub was rusted ,the balcony had bird poop, the fridge didn’t work properly or the coffee maker. The kitchen had no utensils, plastic when requested. There were children urinating in the pool shower that did not drain and when brought to management’s attention nothing was done and the drain was backed up for hours. I would ask for a refund ,the beds were good . No maid service at all for entire stay.

While this hotel is in the PERFECT location...the quality is horrible. My bathroom was filthy, the sliding door barely worked, and there was a 1/2 inch gap between the AC and the wall straight to the balcony!

Not very high quality hotel, but well located right on the beach

The rooms are a lot nicer then the outside building. However, we got told from other guests there were some rooms that looked very uninviting. Also, the shower handle knob came off & the phone to call the front desk never worked. There was a little sink and dishes but soap and a sponge were never provided.

Nice hotel right on the beach .We really enjoyed ourselves

I hated everything, no one cleaned our room for 9 days stay, elevator didn’t work and the staff at the office blamed everything due to Covid-19, don’t waste your money
