No daily room service. No lobby snack bars, coffee or restaurant on site. Furniture and decor is dated. Beds are very hard.

A nice cozy condo right on the beach with beautiful views and a great pool area

Very pleasant hotel to stay. Right on the beach and view is pretty from bocony. Service are great also pool is the best.

The grounds of this property are very well maintained and the two pools are fantastic, located right on the gulf with great views from your room

The exterior is the best feature of this property. This is a place where people buy rooms as an association and then rent them out when not in use. We stayed in 106 and the king bed is in tough shape, sheets were old and full of pills. I’ve burned pillows nicer than the pieces of lumpy garbage provided in this room. The pillows are literally folded in half from past guests, they are that old and flat. For the most part things are clean but there isn’t much attention to detail. There was a spot of black mold on the window trim in the shower about 2-3” diameter, something brown and splattery on a hinge on the back of the bathroom door and a petrified glob of tooth paste on the hair dryer cord. The decor is Golden Girls circa 1982, but they have added some nice updates like tiles, new windows and granite countertops. Very nice, large and updated pool area with abundant seating and some random pool toys for the kids. The beach is nice but this facility doesn’t offer beach chairs, you can rent them for $25 a day from the resort next door. We enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance and there’s a Dunkin’s About a block away. You are expected to take out your own garbage during and at the end of your stay. I’ve stayed at both the neighboring hotels (Aldin & Tradewinds) and would return to either of them next time.

We had a fantastic time during the stay. We were visiting our son and family who live in St Petersburg. We swam in the pools, enjoyed the hot tubs and walked right onto the beach. We swam in the ocean and played on the beach. We basically just played at the resort. We cooked or ate nearby with many choices to eat nearby. We flew home and called and have a reservation in late December through early January for our next visit with our son and family.

* Clean one bedroom condo unit. Small living/dining/kitchen area but comfortable. Convenient kitchen had full stove/oven, plus full size fridge. Also includes blender for those all important sunset margaritas, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans and utensils. Bedroom is tight but clean. Bathroom is clean and staff does a great job replacing towels and soap. Staff very friendly and helpful with a late arrival, extra pillow, etc. Comfortable bed, couch, chair and swivel tv. * Property has 2 pools, 3 hot tubs (handicapped acessible) and plenty chairs/loungers and umbrellas of and is a very short walk from a beautiful beach where nearby beach chairs and cabana umbrellas are available for rent. Beach is great for walking. * There are many restaurants nearby, literally next door, across the street or down the beach to get practically any type of food you may want. There are also other stores if you need / forgot sunscreen, a hat, bathing suit, Hawaiian shirt, etc. There is a grocery store and a liquor store a few blocks down for cooking in the room or those sunset margaritas. * First floor units are good if you want to be close to the pool and don't mind people walking past your open curtains but every room on a higher floor provides beach view and a bit more privacy. There are more expensive resorts nearby but if you want a nice, clean, comfortable, comparatively inexpensive place that allows you to save more by cooking in your room, this is the place for you.
