If you are traveling with small children, this is not the place to stay. I was on a road trip with my 3 Amd 7 year old Amd this was our last hotel. The boys looked at pictures and were super excited to stay at a fancy hotel. We even cancelled other plans to get to the hotel earlier and enjoy it. We’ll, when we arrived we were sorely disappointed. The online photos show a swimming pool but there is none. There’s no breakfast in the morning. The elevators smelled like weed. My boys and I had to hold our breathes when we were on them. But I tried to salvage the evening with popcorn and a movie… except there isn’t a microwave ANYWHERE on the property. I had to take my boys all the way down to the front desk to ask and they told me “Sorry, we don’t have one anywhere.” So then I had no choice but to order in some food, which again, they made me come all the way down to pick up with my small kids in tow. Honestly, I had a better experience at Quality Inn during that trip than I did here.

Great place to stay. The only issue was housekeeping never came to our room in the 3 nights we stayed. Just wanted some fresh towels and trash taken out.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. i got 2 rooms. Non-smoking room was very clean, nice, and comfortable. Smoking room was clean. However, mattress was very uncomfortable and thermostat didn't work. Room was hot. This was reported but maintenance never showed up. Another problem is there are no options for breakfast. Some on-site restaurants are closed due to COVID. The restaurants that are open do not open until 12. To make matters worse, there are not restaurants in walking distance so you have to get drive if you want breakfast. Another problem was that I ordered food from a restaurant within the casino portion of the hotel to take back to my room. I had to pick it up at a different restaurant in the hotel that was just outside of the casino. In order to get to my room, I had to walk through the casino, However, I was stopped and told. I would have to go back to the restaurant and get an escort or go outside and use another entrance to get into the hotel in order to go to my room. the price of the hotel is not worth it due to these inconveniences. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it.

I enjoyed the professional attitude from the staff. They did everything possibe to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The price was decent and the privacy was appreciated. Ill definitely be staying here again

Requested double beds, but no double beds were available. Great visit other than that.

Location was a little far from downtown but only about 15-20 minutes. Wish they had a restaurant open later besides just burgers.

Smokey for starters as soon as you walk in. Buffet was mediocre and at night you realize the walls are thin and the doors are heavy with a slam that you can hear down the hall- time and time again(we stayed on 6th floor).

I honestly did not expect to be in a room nicer than the one I stayed in at Treasure Island in Vegas. It was very nice though, and came close. The room had a TV in the mirror (electronic mirror), simulated rain shower head, all glass shower, luxury finishes, they even framed the flat screen tv on the wall. Vegas was only better because, well, it’s Vegas! STL didn’t have the same view, but I felt like a VIP. One small complaint however, because they allow smoking in the casino, it smelled like smoke everywhere downstairs beyond the front desk. Not in our room though, just to be clear.
