Smells terrible - the facility seems really old and there are plethora of complaints - I waited 20 mins to check-in nobody was attending, the room has some weird smell - turning the AC on made it bearable

It was a nice, clean facility. The staff was polite.

Loved everything during my stay. I appreciated the packaged breakfast I was informed they had. I did notice that whenever employees were alone they had their mask off, including someone in the elevator so in theory that would be pointless since they were breathing openly in an enclosed space...although I think the masks are pointless anyways so it doesn’t bother me at all, but might have backlash from someone who cares too much if they’re not careful. Only thing I had a concern with is the tissue box in my room appeared to have a bunch of tissues shoved back in, making me concerned that someone handled them and I would use them to blow my nose which if anything was touched and then touched them, and then touch my nose, that’d be bad. Also noticed the shower floor wasn’t cleaned as I saw a piece of used sop in the corner, but hopefully it was at least sanitized. Other than that everything was nice and super enjoyable stay.

Nice view. They took COVID pre cautions. There was hair in the shower and bathroom but organ than that, it was nice.

Didn't even tell me they were going to charge my card $50 a night for incidentals. Staff was rude. Asked for additional pillow, sheets, and blanket for the pull out. Said they'd be up in a few to drop off and never did. Horrible service and horrible food.

very expensive for what you get...room layout was very bad...need simple things like towel racks in the bathroom...the restaurant service was very slow I must say all the staff were very nice and tried their best

I came last minute (2 days notice) and got a decent rate on a decent room with a comfy king bed with lots of pillows :) I was there to watch my daughter play field hockey a short distance away and had the whole room to myself! Everything was as expected and checkout was a breeze. Would stay again.

Very clean room! The staff was very friendly. We stayed here for a wedding nearby and if I ever came back to St. Louis...I would definitely stay at this Marriott again.

Great stay. Close to malls and other shopping, but close enough to downtown to see the arch and other sites. Room was great size lots of room. great indoor pool with hot tube. mostly adults and few kids. so this was a great place to just enjoy your trip.

I needed to change rooms because I was sharing with a cousin and my room had one king size bed. No problems, they traded rooms for me even after I had already checked in.

The location was perfect, the room was well kept. The room was comfortable and would recommend it to others. The staff was helpful and thought the value was good

The hotel is great. However, there were basketball teams there and they were loud all night. My bed was well worn. The mattress caved to the middel

This hotel while only close to the attached convention center is only a short drive to all St. louis attractions

The hotel is nice. The pools are lovely. The room was clean. They do not have any microwave or fridge. That was disappointing. Check in requires a $200.00 deposit which you get back if you don't add anything to your bill like ordering movies. However, you don't get it back for over two weeks after you leave. The hotel is not walking distance to anything. The staff is very nice.

I came last minute (2 days notice) and got a decent rate on a decent room with a comfy king bed with lots of pillows :) I was there to watch my daughter play field hockey a short distance away and had the whole room to myself! Everything was as expected and checkout was a breeze. Would stay again.
