Location

The location is a close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

My room had on of the best views in the whole city. It overlooked the Mississippi River with the arch in the forefront.

I had a good stay overall, and I think the room was extremely good, the quality of the hotel overall was great, and the staff was very good. There was one glaring exception that cost this hotel visit a star for me, and it's a flaw in their self-parking system. If you check out at the front desk before taking your car out, you are not warned that you will not be able to leave the garage without help. I did make that mistake, which would have been fine if pushing the help button connected me with a valet. I had to back up (not easy with cars behind you) and find valet parking. Valet parking said they couldn't help and that I had to go to the front desk. Front desk told me they couldn't help me either, and I had to be adamant to get help, and I was charged for an additional night.

near the arch-pretty view garage gate for self park did not work had to contact desk every time we entered or exited

Location is directly across from the Arch which makes it great if you plan to spend your time at the national park and downtown area. As for the room, we ran into several issues. First surprise was that parking was $30 for parking that is not included with the room. They also charge for any other amenity such as a microwave which needs to be requested. I am not sure if we just got unlucky with our room compared to others, but we found glass shards near our bed and the sheets are bleached so much that it feels like sleeping on a shower curtain. We were generally disappointed with this being a 4 star hotel with this level of quality.

The room size, the front desk and the view from the room were great. The room service for guest requests, the communication between front desk and the room managers were lacking everyday. Btw there's no microwave in the room. During our 4 day stay here, there were 3 main issues we had: 1) our extra blanket provided once we opened it was filled with human or pet hair, that was completely filthy and disgusting. 2) we asked for few extra items in the bathroom which we never got even after repeated requests. 3) even after paying a hefty amount of daily parking rates there were times when we returned to our hotel on busy times there were hardly any spots left and we had to double park in unauthorised spots in the garage.

It was a Very nice view of the river for the money.

View from the Arch side...corner room was amazing! Freeway runs by that side also though and so noisy!

The staff was very friendly, just a short walk to the arch, and food.

The room was smaller than normal. Hard for 2 adults to move around to get dressed and/or prepare for checkout.

Awesome location and it is next to the Arch and the stadium

Broken locking mechanism on the bathroom door trapped our 2- and 5-year-old kids. We managed to pick the lock faster than security could get there.
