I reserved a suite with 2 king beds- was given double beds. The heads of the beds were lower than the feet. The room smelled, there were stains everywhere, including stains that looked like blood on the sheets. We chose not to stay on the property.

We enjoyed it so much... we went back the next weekend.

I like the style of the Suite but could of gotten a better room with a view

I loved the shells like wet dogs. The dust was only an once this and the blood stains on the sheets were inspiring with the patterns

Really enjoyed the layout of the room, although I thought my room would hava a fireplace... The hotel room was nice. The breakfast was that great. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The staff was very helpful and professional. Facility was clean, there was a leak in the room from the AC but was handled right away.

It was like home. It’s like a studio condo. Beautiful landscaping. I will definitely be staying at this place again.

They had no record of my reservation when i checked in. They also forgot housekeeping service on the 1st 2 days.

This was only one day of our 5 night stay and I wish that I could day it was great. We ended up in five rooms before we stayed (too many issues to list) and it was down hill from there. We had no clean towels for two days, and when we went to the office, they didn't have enough for four people. The door to our room was left unsecured once, the overall room was not cleaned for the duration of our stay and our sheets were may have been changed the last day, because I complained. This hotel has been our "go to" when staying in the area and it will be the last time we give Hawthorn our business. We'll be returning twice before September however, not to this location! That being said, Chelsea was outstanding and Kim was kind.

I liked the room but it was not that clean. One of the reason we picked this hotel was for the free shuttle service. When we checked in we inquired about it and they said they did not have a driver so no shuttle service.

BEWARE....Never again. Came back to our room at approx 8pm after having been gone since approx 9am to find our room door OPEN!!! God only knows WHO had been in our room during that time AND the insects that entered too. Housekeeping "cleaned" the room by making the bed and left a total of 2 towels, really!?! When I called front desk to complain the guy who answered got really short with me and didn't seem to care that our items were open for anyone all day due to the incompetence of the housekeeper. When we checked in the day before, the room had food on the floor (clearly they didn't vacuum), a fork on the kitchen floor and the phone didn't work-not even a dial tone. It evident they do not clean properly. The bed is horrible. Breakfast was disgusting. Eggs had water dripping from them and I killed a couple ants by the dairy fridge. Called for towels and was told there was only 1 person on the shift and he couldn't leave. This was after my original call pertaining to the door situation, one would think he would've delivered them despite this. Nope! Went to wash a dish so I could warm up food for my daughter and when I squeezed the dish soap onto the plate it was seriously water. These ppl watered down the dish soap. I have it on video. I am a Wyndham timeshare owner and am completely disgusted by this Wyndham property.

Easy in and out but the property rooms are getting a little rundown not bad but they are more run down due to their age. The biggest problem this room is a little dark. I need better lights.

All around horrible they were rude and just not friendly the room sheets needed to be changed and had to do it myself...
