Stood in lobby 15 minutes ringing a bell 4 times and someone finally shows up to check me in. He appeared unfamiliar with the check in process and seemed bothered by having to deal with me

The staff at this location is great. The one that checked us in was so kind. Unfortunately, they stay was quite horrible. Our first room, reeked of smoke. The front desk was kind enough to move us. The 2nd room, while it didn't smell like smoke, smelled like feet and dogs. But that's better than smoke to us, especially since we had out 16 month daughter with us. The next morning I tried to ask for a iron to press my shirt since there wasn't one in the room, but they didn't have any! That evening we had leftovers to eat for dinner. I went to the front desk to ask for 2 plates and silverware. She replied that she had plates, but not silverware! And lastly, we wanted to watch tv. The tv is mounted to the wall and is slightly tilted up. My husband went to see if he could tilt it down slightly. When he barely touched it, it came flying down! Oh, and also, they market that they serve breakfast. "Breakfast" us only coffee, granola bars and muffins. Needless to say, we will never be back.

it is okay over all but not as expected as other extended hotels (other branches in other places)

It was the most disgusting place I have stayed at in my life. Burned out lights, broken closet shelves, old disgusting carpet, security door chain ripped totally ripped off, bad bedding, poor pillows, doors slamming starting at 5:00 AM, refrigerator loudly running all night long, etc. I should have left immediately but I was exhausted. I had been up well over 36 hours due to a medical emergency of my spouse. The problems continued when I got up. The shower did not work. Almost no water traveled to the shower head... most stayed below in the diverter. I was so happy just to get out alive.

1st room I checked in bed was dirty wit crumbs of food and bathroom had hair in the tub. The tub did not drain the water out water stayed in tube the whole weekend clogged

Dirty room, dirty towels, funky ac, staff bad attitudes.

the hotel furniture is very old. there is stove top but no pots and pans to use it with. No utensils, bowls, plates, cups, etc. in the cupboards.

While the rooms were clean, there weren't any paper cups. The carpet was a little dingy. However, the staff was very friendly.

We reserved two rooms with two qeen beds each. Neither room had two beds. One room was fairly clean but had been well used. The other room was completely disgusting. Large pieces of debris littered the floor. The toilet was stopped up and full fieces, the blanket on the bed had several cigarette burns all the way through and the sofa was stained and filthy. The room had a foul odor as did the hallway, smelled like a mixture of homeless man and burnt fried chicken. Tried to call the office to request a new room but the phone was missing, had to make several trips to the lobby to get assistance. Also, there may have been blood stains on the elevator floor. Had it not been so late we would have demanded our money back and left. This is not a family place do not take your children here.

had a job interview in the industrial complex in earth City. Comparatively, price wise, I knew I was taking a risk to stay here...the risk paid off. $45 for the night compared to at least $80 anywhere else close. Large room. Nice desk and chair to do paperwork on and use my laptop. Bed was not the best, but definitely not the worst! I would stay here again. Friendly staff, room was silent at night for sleeping and if you like white noise to sleep with overhead fan from the stove provides ample white noise. All around a good experience for the price.
