It was a bit cumbersome from the time we drove up to the time we left. When checking in, we tried to park in the parking garage then check in, unfortunately you have to first check in and then park your car. So we had to reverse out of the parking entrance. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were clean and spacious, BUT after getting into our rooms, our keys didn't work to get back in when we stepped out to get dinner. We had to go up and down 4 times before I told the hotel clerk, please open the door for us, this is ridiculous for me to come down 4 times with a key that doesn't work. She came up with us and opened both doors, for both of the rooms we booked. She said that this was something they would address with maintenance. The next morning we left to go get breakfast and again the keys didn't work again, looks like overnight the problem wasn't addressed. My wife was so frustrated she just wanted to leave. Which we did immediately. This may have been a one a million incident, but it was poorly handled and never fixed.

Check in was quick. The hotel was clean and quiet I would recommend

I really liked the location and the hotel/room itself. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was strong. Some of the staff were very friendly. I lost an item of clothing and one staff member was very helpful in locating it. The downfalls: Some of the staff did not have very good advice (e.g. suggested we could walk to our restaurant which would have been a 30+min walk in the rain and my mom had a knee injury - luckily we decided to take an Uber).Another staff member could not have been less interested in helping me in locating my missing item. At the time of my stay, they permitted pets which was great, although the pet fee ($25) was not listed on Orbitz website. Parking was $7 and also not listed on the Orbitz website.

Had an applebees on sight and a small food shop. Breakfast was also good

The bed was the hardest bed that I have slept in months

The place was clean and tidy The bathroom was excellent Personel were very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend The Parkway Hotel 🌷🌷

Everything was fine, location, room, beds, breakfast, staff and good price.

I liked that there is restauraunt on site. I dont like that there in no access from the parking garage to hotel.

Dear Guest: We apologize that there were issues with your key, we can understand your frustration. I do know that our maintenance staff would have had to get into your room to look at the entire lock system. Not having all of the details, if per chance, the "do not disturb" sign was on your door, they would not have knocked or called. Again, we do apologize that there was not the communication you needed from our staff to take care of the door lock problem.
