Both ladies that checked me in and checked me out were beyond nice to me. I was VERY upset that I was not able to use the pool or the hot tube. For one, the use of the pool had a sign up sheet because so many people were allowed in there at a time. Which is completely understandable with Covid but they should make it known on their col website that there is going to be limited access and if you plan on using any of the amenities then you need to sign up a head of time. Everyone that was checking in had no idea that was the situation. Secondly, the hot tub was down and not working properly, that should have been noted on the their third party websites like Orbitz. It was me and my partners anniversary so we had planned to go to the hot tub later in the evening when their was less crowd to relax in the hot tub kid free, enjoy each others company, and talk in peace for a while. That was one the reasons why I chose The Double Tree was for their amenities that I didn't even get to use them. The check in lady apologized to me multiple times which I defiantly appreciate and saying " They must have not updated all websites" which I believe is completely unprofessional we are more than half a year into this pandemic. Things should be updated so customers are away of what they are paying for. When booking it stats that hot breakfast would be served and I got a bowl of cereal and milk at a 4.2 star hotel. It would have been nice to know that they would only be serving prepackaged food.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I really don’t like the popcorn ceilings. The room size was good. Free parking was nice. The location is not desirable, unless you have business near by. I guess there were three different events going on at the same time - so the whole place was crazy with kids running around. The breakfast is not free, so I was expecting a clean quiet restaurant, instead it was super crowded at the buffet, so it was messy and the food was average. I guess if you stay there when it’s not so crowded, especially with so many school kids, the experience could be better.

Accommodations were great. Staff went out of their way to please us. Would definitely dtay again.

I felt right at home during my entire stay. Thank you for the kindness..and the cookies were a nice touch!

Love this hotel the staff is so nice and the only bad mark I can say is the hotel bar put a hold on my debit card that still has not came off yet it only 18$ but has been two weeks other then that the rooms are very clean and the stay was we had was very nice

Bedroom are nice and clean. Swimming is nice. Easy to find to the hotel. Parking lot are great.

Clean room, nice staff. Wish checkout time was later in the afternoon.

The hotel is clean, nice, and comfortable. However it was advertised that they offered a complimentary continental breakfast of which they do not. The basic continental breakfast started at $9.99 per person. If you are traveling on a budget and looking to stay at this hotel keep that in mind. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

This hotel did not disappoint. The room was clean and the service was great. Best recommendation I can give is I would stay here again.

The hotel has what you expect with a couple of nice extras: free bottled water, excellent and free Starbucks coffee in the lobby, and a beautiful (if small) indoor heated pool and whirlpool. The hotel could use a few upgrades: door lock hardware seemed worn out and I had to get me key replaced, the computers in the business center have old software that often did not perform simple functions, and my room did not have a safe. Staff was pleasant and room service was acceptable. It would be nice if the hotel featured some St. Louis microbrews on the menu!

the hotel is very beautiful, the staff were friendly however did not offer any compensation when told about a problem that kept me and my pregnant wife from sleeping all night. just told us they were sorry. the bed was old and not comfortable at all. the room was very clean but noise from hallway was overbearing. the shower was nice and water pressure was great. the resturant was very pricey and a gatuity was added to everything your ordered (18%). overall it was not a good value considering we didnt sleep well because of noise.

Warm, yummy cookies upon our arrival and the staff was friendly and professional. Room was quiet and a great location for the airport, restaurants, and Starbucks. Carpet in room was stained and could use cleaning. Overall a fantastic value and a wonderful hotel .

Upon Arrival the Hotels looks Very Nice! Lot and Grounds nice Clean and well maintained! Same as for lobby Everything is New Modern and updated! Hotel Staff was Very Pleasant and Knowledgeable! Room, Bathroom and Bed was very nice comfortable and Clean! Excellent Hotel I will recommend this to hotel anyone! I will Stay here again on my Next Trip!!

We arrived at the hotel and the staff was very kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was such a relaxing way to spend a surprise mini vacation!

good location to downtown, zoo, shopping malls, etc. comfortable room.

everything was perfect!! the only thing i could suggest is a toothbrush or 2 in the room. i did forget mine and didnt have one to use ;-(

OK experience. Staff very friendly. Building and grounds showing signs of neglect. Offered team hot breakfast but food at McDonalds was better.
