Just overall not clean. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Entire facility smelled very bad, room was worse than lobby and hallway. Room was dark, had a broken window, Missing light bulb and shade, stains and holes in sheets, leaky sink, stains and holes in the walls. Check in was very slow. We did not stay more than 20 minutes and walked out because it was so dirty and smelled so bad.

Paid for 2 queen beds, got a room with 2 double beds. Staff was very unfriendly. Only 1 towel in a room for 4 people. When asking for more, was told “there should be 2!” Well, there wasn’t and we still need more. People also live here, which I don’t have an issue with, but please leave these places off Orbitz. I want to sleep at night while traveling, not be kept awake for hours in the middle of the night while people are loudly socializing in the hallways!

Checked in room with refrigerator. I put my medically advised food in it. Next day I was scheduled for surgery and was advised not to eat and drink until after surgery,therefore ,didn’t Open the refrigerator to eat. Next day, after surgery, I opened the refrigerator to eat from the food which I brought BUT to my bad surprise fridge was broken—- Most of my food turned bad, had to throw. Joshua , receptionist, changed my room but I lost my food to eat . Hotel management didn’t offer any compensation , whatsoever. I want compensation of my lost food which happened due to their broken fridge.

The staff is friendly. The online site over booked them so they actually upgraded my room. I really enjoyed it. I come here often for my internship in st Louis.

The staff are extremely nice. The breakfast has HOT food which is important to me. I will be staying here again.

I booked and paid through the Orbitz app and when I arrived the woman at the desk was rude and told me there were no available rooms even though I had already booked and paid.

Property could use some work. Security locks on all the exiting doors are broken. Pool needs to be tended to more often.

Peaceful, comfortable, quiet, convenient to everything around the Hotel

Room was not clean upon entering at 6 pm. Sock, trash, hairpin on the old, worn, and dingy carpet that had clearly not been vacuummed. Had to ask for towels for the cloudy pool. In room list of breakfast items included yogurt but I asked for yogurt and was told it was only available on the weekend. What? The front desk staff was did go and get me some yogurt after I asked. That yogurt was expired THREE WEEKS AGO! Weekend yogurt eaters beware. Pool signs said NO glass allowed in pool area but there were multiple people drinking from glass bottles right on the pool deck. No lights at the pool. Fairly inexpensive but not very clean or quiet.

All the staff members were extremely friendly. The hallways and carpet are pretty worn down. Our room was pretty nice. We happened to have massive leak from the room above us and flooded our bathroom the 2nd day we were there. . The staff found out right before we did and they moved us to a new room with an upgrade that had a kitchen with microwave and fridge. We booked this hotel for the pool, but they had been getting a ton of rain. They had to close the pool for 2 days of our stay, but they worked on it every day and they opened it up for the 4th of July. So, we did finally get to swim and it was really nice. The laundry was nice to have. We actually decided to use it. We just kept having to ask for room service items. They came to our room and cleaned and made the beds, but they kept forgetting to leave us towels, toilet paper, and cups. The front desk was more than happy to get them for us every time. They just shouldn't have had to do that really. Overall, it stil read a pretty good hotel. There are lots of stores right by it including Hobby Lobby, Target, Bob Evans, Culvers, Aldi's, a car walk, a bank and much more.

The location site was was okay, there were not a lot of shopping places to shop close.

Dangerous neighborhood, noisy street nearby. Creeps hanging out in the lobby. Hotel manager that is rude and very slow. Once I finally got checked in and received my room key(30 minutes waiting), I went to the room(which was not the room I reserved) and the room was dirty and didn’t have blankets or sheets on the bed and the bathroom didn’t have towels. When I went back to the desk, the manager said there weren’t any other rooms available. Then I had to spend an hour on the phone with the reservation website getting the reservation canceled and refunded. Horrible experience. Bad enough that I decided to write a review.

Smelled musty and dusty. Breakfast was something like a forgotten harvest capture.

I was very happy with nearly all of my stay. My problem was that there was a $50.00 deposit that I was not prepared for. I understand that it will be returned, but it created a financial problem for me during my stay.

Broken shower rod. No bathroom fan. Plastic bag over smoke detector. Poorly made bed.(my kid does better)

Stayed here while in town for the St. Louis Cardinals game. Sink very slow draining. Room was booked for 3 but only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth so had to ask for more. AC was EXCELLENT!

Family with small children

We were under the impression this was resolved with you during your stay with us. I had spoken with you during your stay multiple times and you had mentioned everything was satisfactory after we had upgraded you to another room. Thank you for your comments. We strive to be the value leader in our industry. Your comments on the doors have been shared with our Maintenance Manager. Yes, the pool needs work. The frequent, excessive rains have made it extremely difficult to maintain.
