We liked the pool, grounds and flowers. The dog hair in the room was unpleasant.

Fairly run-down hotel without any really redeeming features. Duct-tape holding down the entrance carpet, broken TV, absent staff when checking out, no breakfast due to renovations. Disappointing.

There was some renovations being done but I was in a newly done room and it was quite comfortable.

We checked into a room that was not serviced prior

Very friendly and convenient hotel with spacious lovely grounds. Pet friendly!!

Ive stayed here twice while traveling alone--once in winter, once in summer. My first experience resulted in a complaint to Orbitz and a refund. I tried hard to avoid this hotel on this trip, but due to a local festival it was the only one still available. Both times I was given a lower level room that felt old, dark, and outdated; stains and disrepair make it feel less clean than it probably really was. The only evidence of any kind of "breakfast" offered to guests was boxes of cereal and coffee that didn't look inviting. Perhaps because I was traveling alone I was given a sub-par room; on this trip it was adequate, but added nothing to my trip.

Simple but clean; easy on and off the highway. Mattresses could have been better

Great hotel, we will come back again! Very clean, beautiful view. Great customer service!

First room I was assigned had apparently had a smoker in it. Some kind of ozone collection machine was running on a side table dragged into the entrance into the room, the bed was stripped down to the mattress pad, and the pillows and blankets were tossed haphazardly around the room in chairs and on the luggage holder. I went to the front desk and told the clerk, and she immediately got me a new room and accompanied me to it to make sure it was OK. After she left, I found the TV was dead. Not a good value for the price.

We booked this place because they would take a one night stay on the weekend. It was just okay for a night. They put us in a room on the first floor in the back of the hotel, away from the parking lot - kinda grim. So you had to carry your bags a distance to get to the room. You definitely want a room with a terrace. The hotel must be dog friendly as I saw many people walking their dogs and the inside of our bathroom door looked like someone had locked their pet in there and gone out. The door was chewed and paint badly scraped. Really shabby looking and something that a touch of paint would have made much more appealing.

Great views. Nice lobby with wall photos PC and printer very help Cccccc. C. Ccccccvcc Cccccc ccccc c.

We thought that this was average place, but a little expensive.

This is a quiet hotel that is easy to access. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms made traveling with a family easy.

A clean and comfortable room but quite pricey and no breakfast of any kind offered.

I spent a week at the Fairbanks Inn while traveling for work. I was really pleased with the Inn. Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms. The only downside was being able to hear a noisy occupant in the room above me in middle of the night; I don't think they were doing anything really unusual, but I could hear them walking around, opening/closing the sliders, and getting in and out of bed. Overall, it was a great stay!
