Great staff , great stay

We stayed here as part of our Covid quarantining requirements. Overall OK place, very convenient location right on the beach. Unfortunately eating at the restaurant left a lot to be desired, most items weren't available and the menu never changed, same list for an entire week. In the room, there was very low water pressure in the shower and very little hot water. The staff were mixed, some very friendly and personable, some quite the contrary. Would we return? Possibly and only because of the location, hopefully it improves a bit more though.

We enjoyed the exceptionally friendly & helpful staff, lots of fun stuff to do (or just relax), beautiful beach views from our room - the only negative was not getting to stay longer!

The staff could not have been friendlier! The grounds are kept beautifully, the pools are inviting, and the beach offers amazing sunsets. Will stay here again, for sure!

There were men hanging around the property on the beach yelling to get your attention. Bugs in the room and the shower was clogged up.

The property was beautiful and staff friendly. The only problem I had was I felt ignored by the waitresses. I waited a long time by the table waiting for someone to come give me a menu. I eventually got up one time and just left. The second time I just walked over to the person serving the food and put in my own order and after that still had to walk and ask someone that was by the cashier for my bill.

Nice place directly on the beach. Awesome food and drinks, never disappointed with the food and drinks. Entertainment, was somewhat dry. I could have used more excitement.

Excellent service. I heard from previous reviews that service at the bar and restaurant was slow. This was not the case at all for my stay. Quick and prompt service. Personnel is extremely courteous and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay a will definitely use their services again.

Nice hotel, excellant beach location. Grenada moves slow, but they can use assistance on time management.

This hotel is beautiful, and if the rating is based on aesthetics, and room comfort, this is truly a 4 star hotel. However, this hotel lacks service that I am accustomed to while staying at a 4 star hotel. Questions to staff were met with snarls, and annoyance. Room service orders were inaccurate, and without remorse. Breakfast service was much to be desired. The food at this resort is very disappointing, as well. However, the resort is beautiful, up-to-date, and comfortable. I just expect more from 4 star hotels.

We liked the fact that the beach was very close. The waiting time for the a la carte was longer than expected. Maybe more chefs can improve.

Leslie Ann was always pleasant and exhibit great customer service continuously, she did not had to know I was Dr. xxx before she gave good service. Others treated you according to your appearance. My door lock was broken, my sheets was never cleaned or changed. Dirty tissues, trash was placed under the covers and housekeeping never changed or cleaned that area the entire stay. The toilet bowls was not clean, marks was left from day to day.

In need of renovating to rooms and in dire need of updated air conditioning.

We would firstly like to apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the bugs in the room and your shower being clogged. We have addressed these concerns with our Team who will be working hard to ensure that this does not occur in the future. Because the beach is a public beach we have the fence to separate our guest from person one the beach. Unfortunately we have not control of what happens on the beach however we have security on property that normally patrol to keep our guest safe within the grounds. We apologise however if this affected your experience at our hotel, but we hope this does not keep you away from us to show that we can improve and exceed your expectations.
