There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. Had to take a cold shower

Old and ran down feeling, they put us on the rear building. None of these hotels look like the pictures on the websites. I’ve grown convinced that to really get a nice hotel you have to shell out north of $200/night.

Lights were burnt out in the bathroom over the vanity. Room only had 2 dimly lit lamps. The beds sounded like they were going to break whenever someone sat down. Breakfast was granola bars and yogurt and they didn’t refill them as the morning went on. Pool was super cold!! Hot tub jets were out of service. We stayed here about 5 years ago and had a great time. They’ve totally let this place go since then. Too bad. Luckily we were just staying one night 😅

Overall ia very good, but they are under construction during our stay which made some inconvenience, and the breakfast was a bit disappointed.

Staff is very friendly. Parking is available in front of rooms. Basic Breakfast and coffee available and included. However, Property requires some investment in major renovation: restrooms are old, some patching in corners have some mold/rust, paint is chipped at several places in room, carpet is old.

I booked through Orbitz.com for a wheel chair accessible room. When I got there, they said they never received the info and gave us a room on the 2nd floor and half way down the hall. They didnt have an elevator to get to the 2nd floor for my handicapped mother in law. Then i get to the room and had booked for 2 queens and a couch to accommodate 5 people. Room had 2 queens and no couch. Once again, they said they didnt get the info. Later they had a cancelation and were able to get us to a wheelchair accessible room, but it was a frustrating experience and there was no manager to speak to until the next day.

Loved the pool tables, ping pong table, and foosball table!

Was put in a $40 room that they tried to tell me was worth $300. I travel a lot and this facility is very run down. Hot tub was not working. Was traveling with four small children and we left the facility due to poor conditions. Will not choose to go back to this hotel.

the staff was on organized and slow and would not stay there again

Friendly staff, breakfast awful even with COVID restrictions could have been better than honey buns, go-gurts, pecan wheels and granola bars. Jacuzzi broken, rooms floors wear shoes or you will have black socks! For the win Coffee was fresh all day long!

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were in good shape. Pool and hot tub were fun. Great value.

Only cleaned every other day and even then they didn’t clean room until after 3 pm even though I asked to have it cleaned when I returned at 1. They also failed to make my wake up call. When I asked for a clock they first said I should have had one when I asked for one they said none were available. The soap bar was gritty and would only lather whe rubbed vigorously under hot water.

Run down, older hotel inside. Outside made it look promising.

It had everything I needed, and whenever a minor problem did arise, it was addressed in a timely manner.

it was a very comfortable hotel it needs a little remodeling and there should be another entrance to the pool than just the main lobby entrance

Very accommodating. Friendly staff. We did have a slight problem with the door not closing but worked it out.
