I booked through Orbitz.com for a wheel chair accessible room. When I got there, they said they never received the info and gave us a room on the 2nd floor and half way down the hall. They didnt have an elevator to get to the 2nd floor for my handicapped mother in law. Then i get to the room and had booked for 2 queens and a couch to accommodate 5 people. Room had 2 queens and no couch. Once again, they said they didnt get the info. Later they had a cancelation and were able to get us to a wheelchair accessible room, but it was a frustrating experience and there was no manager to speak to until the next day.

Loved the pool tables, ping pong table, and foosball table!

Friendly staff, breakfast awful even with COVID restrictions could have been better than honey buns, go-gurts, pecan wheels and granola bars. Jacuzzi broken, rooms floors wear shoes or you will have black socks! For the win Coffee was fresh all day long!

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were in good shape. Pool and hot tub were fun. Great value.

Only cleaned every other day and even then they didn’t clean room until after 3 pm even though I asked to have it cleaned when I returned at 1. They also failed to make my wake up call. When I asked for a clock they first said I should have had one when I asked for one they said none were available. The soap bar was gritty and would only lather whe rubbed vigorously under hot water.

Run down, older hotel inside. Outside made it look promising.

It had everything I needed, and whenever a minor problem did arise, it was addressed in a timely manner.

it was a very comfortable hotel it needs a little remodeling and there should be another entrance to the pool than just the main lobby entrance

Very accommodating. Friendly staff. We did have a slight problem with the door not closing but worked it out.

The suite room we got was huge and was good for hanging out with lots of people.

It as easy to get to from the freeway and fairly centrally located. Housekeeping efforts were a little lacking. Breakfast was good and hot. Normal breakfast food offerings. Plenty of hot coffee!
