Rooms were not as clean as I’d hoped for. Also rooms are dark with not much lighting. Our first room wreaked of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Our second room smelled only a little better. Perhaps it’s because our smoke detector was wrapped in plastic? Does this allow people to smoke without the smoke alarm going off? I would not stay here again although the staff was nice.

Our stay was great! Clean, friendly staff and the pool was warm!

Everything wss great except the saisage links were very cold

We selected one of the updated rooms in the north building. I believe it was referred to as the "executive" building. It was comfortable and clean. All doors open onto internal halls. The other building has external doors and appears to be older. The breakfast was just ok. The coffee was not good. Perhaps it was made by someone who doesn't drink coffee. The Starbucks located in the same parking lot was a bonus! I hear the intersection next to the hotel is the busiest in the county. Be prepared to watch out for traffic going in and out of the hotel. On the other hand, shopping and dining choices are plentiful within 2 - 5 minutes' drive.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Zion National Park and decided to stay at this Quality Inn in Washington Utah over a hotel in Hurricane, Utah. It was a lot cheaper and we didn't mind the extra 10 minute drive. Im glad we stayed in Washington because the town was a lot nicer than Hurricane. It seemed newer. The hotel staff at Quality Inn was really nice. We originally booked the cheapest room but ended up switching to their upgraded room. The room was clean but we found bugs in the bed. We called the front desk and asked to get new sheets and the guy said he would upgrade us to the remodeled rooms in another building. These rooms were a lot nicer. We stayed in this same room for 4 nights. It was very quiet. The rooms were pretty dark even with the blinds wide open. If you plan on staying at this hotel i would suggest booking the remodeled rooms. They are a lot more comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. They have a pool and hot tub as well along with laundry services and breakfast.

Rooms were extremely spacious. Service was great. Would have been nice to have an elevator for second floor.

After a very long drive, and being very tired, I was having trouble finding the hotel, The phone number was not on the confirmation. When I got the number the clerk gave me inaccurate directions because she did not know any of the landmarks/large stores across the highway from her hotel. I actually went into a different hotel to see if that was it and got better information there. Being frazzled, I left my purse at the desk in that hotel. When I finally found the Quality Inn, the clerk refused to let me register because I did not have photo ID. She was basically saying I could be an impostor. She said as though I was an idiot, "I don't know who you are!" Really, in a tone of voice like an arresting officer. So let's get this straight. The impostor goes up to the room and goes to sleep. The the real guest shows up and presents photo ID. They go up to the room and kick me out? Do they call the police first. You should see me. I'm a 70 year old church lady with tortoise shell glasses and white hair. What are the possibilities I'm A CON ARTIST WHO HACKED THEIR RESERVATION SYSTEM TO GET A FREE NIGHT'S SLEEP? What are the possibilities I'm going to demand a refund and post this story on the net? Because part of her dialog presented in a voice filled with a sense of justice and indignation was to point out that I couldn't cancel my reservation so that my also very tired 90 year old friend could rent the room (she having ID and a credit card) because I had missed the cancellation cutoff. (That was the last room?)Something about my friend would have to call reservations because she didn't have a reservation. When asked for the number she said very indignantly the she had no idea what that was. Meanwhile this is all going on in the smallest lobby I've ever seen, the entrance looks like the door to a loading dock.

The hotel was decent. It was very basic but that's really all we needed in our situation. I called early in the day to tell them we'd be arriving late and the lady was very kind and asked if we would need a crib for our daughter. They had the crib and bedding in there when we arrived which was nice. The walls must've been thin because we could hear our neighbors every word and movement--that's my biggest complaint.

We had been hiking for a few days and just needed a place to crash, so this was perfect; close to food and shopping and clean. Breakfast had more options than I expected as well.

Better than expected for the price. ALL the staff were very nice. Every inch of the room was immaculately cleaned - better than most 5 star properties where I've stayed.

Stayed in this hotel to hike in Zion. The hotel was close enough to restaurants so it was convenient to eat after hiking. It was about a 40 minute drive to Zion and all in all what you can ask for if you're hiking and need somewhere to sleep.

Beware- the king room picture displayed on the website was the "executive king", however that was not indicated on the photo. The room was old and smelly; carpet was torn around the entry and bathroom doors; stains around the base of the toilet; the shower never really got hot; parking was very limited and had to park in a gravel lot; at 8:45 the continental breakfast had run out - it was supposed to run to 10. I WILL NOT stay there again to be sure.

Room was dirty and stunk. Would never stay there again

Nice and clean and easy access from freeway. Close to all shopping

We've stayed there a few times and always enjoyed it. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and the beds really comfortable. The waffles at the Continental Breakfast are to delicious. Great location right off the exit.
