the linen appeared to be very old and worn out. looks not very clean when I understand they do housekeeping only on the 3rd day. i doubt they have replace the bed sheet after previous guest

I requested a king bed and got two doubles an the room smelled badly. I asked to switch but was told nothing was available.

Besides the hotel bring sold out, giving us dirty rooms with wet towels laying on the floor, telling us to sleep in the dirty room or leave, then calling the cops on me for being upset, this property was not good all the way through.

My rooms sink had a broken faucet. The spout was not connected to the basin. You could move it left/right/forward and backwards making it very difficult to use and turn on and off. I let the front desk staff know immediately upon arrival. The staff said that they were aware the sink was broken and were waiting on parts that would arrive in a few days. Which meant they checked me into a room full knowing it did not have a working sink. I asked if I could have another room which they said I could not. In a time when handwashing is so important...

Excellent location nice rooms, nice bed need a little more deep cleaning like the air vents and dusty in the bathroom furniture, overall nice and clean

Great place to stay. Very close to Zion National park too.

I liked the location of the property . I didn't like that our trash was not taken out daily and that nobody was ever available at the front desk.

The hotel is clean and nice. The only comment I have is that I'm tired of hotels cutting cost under the COVID disguise. If an hotel wants to serve breakfast, it's easy for them to do so with a minimal investment, but most won't

Appeared as though Towels were not put away with maid service. Only towels in room were bath towels.

Strategically located right where we need to pass on the way to Zion National Park. Price reasonable. Quite new, up-to-date, breakfast acceptable.

Really, after all we did for you and all the good interactions we had with you and upgrading you to our best room and explaining to you it was a computer glitch this is what you do? We should have let the cops taken you to jail. and you waited till you left to do this...Thank you
