Despite a statewide mask mandate, the employees were not masked (although most guests were). This was very disappointing from a large national hotel chain. Also, I chose a suite because I was traveling with 3 children. The fold out bed was only a single, so there was actually only room for 3 people. The sheets given to me for the sofa bed were double-size, however.

Close to activities and attractions. Clean lobby and rooms.

When we arrived, we had a concern about our room and staff agreed and moved us to a new room. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were a little too flat for us. Staff was great and friendly. They answered all our questions. The breakfast was good. There was a nice variety of stuff such as breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, juice, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and granola bars. It was nice to come back to our hotel room after a long day and enjoy the hot tub and a clean room. I liked that every evening you could pick up a cookie at the front desk. It was nice to be able to use the Laundry Room as we had clean clothes when we arrived home. At the end of our stay, our TV remote stopped working, but overall we are happy with our stay and would stay here again.

The hotel itself is in a good location near Gonzaga University. The pluses include nicely appointed rooms with quality furnishings, linens, breakfast station in lobby and overall cleanliness. The one negative is the walls are poorly soundproofed. Every footstep above can be heard as well as people talking while walking down the hallway, cars in the parking lots and driving the adjacent road and people standing outside talking. Bring earplugs.

Very easy check in and the front desk managers were very helpful when recommending different places to eat.

Room is filthy. Restroom is filled with leaking water. Strong odor.

Friendly employees - we were only there overnight so not much to review

all the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast area was clean and i like that they had the coffee and tea available into lunch hour. its convenient to the downtown, river walk, and universities. i also appreciated the additional hotel security measures to prevent spokane's homeless from wondering through the parking lot and into the lobby area after dark.

Staff was friendly, Hairs in bathtub and sink had tooth paste in it. Cleaning needs improvement

Very nice hotel within walking distance to the WSU campus. Staff from reception to room cleaning are very friendly.

The hotel was outstanding and we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again during our next visit to Spokane.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. We loved how close the location was to downtown. We were able to check out several quaint bars and restaurants. It really was a fun little trip to Spokane, as neither of us had been! Also, the staff was incredibly friendly and the continental breakfast was perfection.

We were placed in the room directly behind the entrance portico. Therefore, we had no view out our window but look out at the wood work blocking the view. Don't stay on the the 3rd floor room # 10 or 12 "don't remember the room number.

Great place to stay very clean and the staff was great. The location is perfect!! It is close to everything.Best hotel for the price. Will be staying at this hotel the next time.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Fairfield. The hotel location was perfect for us because we wanted to rent bikes and use the Centennial Trial. The bike rental was within walking distance and the trail was very close. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food and the employees were constantly making sure everything was well stocked. We used the indoor Jacuzzi after a day of bike riding and they also have an indoor pool. We walked from the hotel to some local restaurants and there was plenty of variety. In fact, we enjoyed the location so much that we never had to use our car rental to go anywhere except back and forth to the airport. The front desk employees were pleasant and helpful, we would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was extremely affordable and at the same time had everything you could possibly need. Friendly staff, clean rooms, coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge, wi fi, free breakfast. And it's right next to the universities so if you travel with business at the universities it saves you even more money since you don't need to rent a car. If someone isn't staying here they should as it's affordable and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed being so close to downtown Spokane. My son and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. But for the money I think Fairfield went too cheap on the bed. It was rock hard and my wife woke up all growly the next morning.

We had great service when we arrived. We were heading out for the evening and I was talking to my kids about needing gum. Jessica said "I have some gum in my purse, would you like some?". It was so thoughtful and she gave us the whole pack. She was so nice. We brought her desert when we got back in. She is a very thoughtful and nice person! We definetly will go back to that hotel when we visit Spokane again. Thank you!

They gave me a handicapped room although I don't need one. The ground level was so close to the parked cars ( a few feet) that I felt somewhat insecure, with a big window that fortunately was locked. Why did they assume I couldn't go upstairs. No time to ask for a change of rooms before I had to leave for an appointment.

Thank you for taking the time to pint out where we fell short of your expectations. I can assure you we will be talking to the housekeeping department about these issues. We do not tolerate these types of behaviors. We hope to see you again so we can show you the changes we’ve made
