This place shouldn't be able to operate as a hotel. I checked becaise it was ckose to the hospital and i was there as my neice was on life support. When i entered the room there was trash on the vanity from someone who used the coffee machone prior tp my check on so i question if the room was even cleaned. There was toilet paper on the rool what so ever. The phone and tv both dod not work. In the bathroom the tile floor tiles were lose as there was no grout around them. I had initially booked the toom for two nights and stayed tyere the first night only because ot was almost midnight when i chhecked on and i had just drove 7 hours to get there and i was exhausted. I ended up booking a room at the madison inn. And got their hospital rate. I ended up stayong tgere for four niggts.

Initially I was annoyed because I had to fax in a credit card but that really wasn’t the hotel’s fault. This did wind up being a very pleasant hotel and I would probably stay again

Triana? The person who checked me in was very rude not only to me but people ahead of me. Check in WAIT time was over 40 minutes. The room had pubic hair in tub and around toilet, feces on side of toilet, no toilet paper, no coffee maker, not vacuumed and when i asked to be moved they could not accommodate me and was told to speak to mgr. in the morning when i did he offered me 15% off. When i said i wanted to be comped after showing over 25 pictures of different grossness from bathroom to ac unit to pillow cases with blood stains he said no. I let him know i would review on google about my experience and then he said go ahead and took back the 15%. Then when i called my bank i was told that the hotel ran my cc for an additional 14.99 after i left the managers office about my room. So besides having a disgusting room they are using my bank card without permission.

This was a one star hotel at best. It is not an Evergreen Suites. It is a Days Inn! Room was marginally clean. The housekeeper brought us towels after WE requested them but she never made up the room though we were there for three days. We would have left right after checking in, but we had prepaid through Orbitz.

Loved it all but no internet. Clean comfy beds, nice bath and felt safe.

We checked in, left for a bite to eat and after returning we discovered that there was urine stains on the bed. Not just one but both. It took two calls and over an hour to switch rooms at 1:00am!!!

Evergreen hotel and suites is Days Inn; this is not a big deal, it's just confusing because there are no signs that read "Evergreen..." The staff I spoke with were all very kind and prompt with requests (more towels, etc). The building and rooms were not worth the $100 a night we spent. We arrived around 6pm, checked in and went to our room. The room smelled very stale. The walls were covered with cracks and chips; and there were only 2 towels for a room that sleeps 4. I thought, well, we are only sleeping here one night, so it'll be fine. We then left to go eat because we were hungry We came back around 9 pm and got ready for bed. This is when I found hair on the bed, hair on the bathroom ground, hair in the shower, hair around the sink, etc. Hair was everywhere. And it was not our hair. I took pictures and brought it to the attention of the front desk. She apologized and offered to have us change rooms. She could not validate the cleaning person that cleaned the room we were in clean the rooms we would be moved too. My husband was very tired, and said we would just stay (yuck). Now for the breakfast. I have not seen a continental breakfast so bad before in my life. There was actually a sign on the wall telling you that if you wanted food, you needed to ask the front desk. They had white bread, wheat bread, and bagels. you needed to ask for an egg patty to be warmed up for you as needed, you needed to ask for water, coffee was out, juice was out, cereal was gone. Not good

If personal affects are on the bed and scattered around the room no service will be provided to prevent any thought of thief as with every other hotel.
