They gave me the wrong room, I need a refund. The room looked nothing like a studio

Nice kitchen and pool was clean. Workout room smelled good and clean.

Room was not ready 2.5 hours after 3pm check in time. There were actually 4 families waiting to have their rooms serviced so they could get into their rooms. When we checked in we were told it was going to be 15 minutes. After waiting almost 25 we decided to cancel and rebook somewhere else.

We love the gathering room with the big windows and fire place where we ate breakfast. The beds were very confortable.

there are very nice workers here. The main complaint was the the selection of hot breakfast food. also I thought they had fresh baked cookies? The orange juice was terrible! I think watered way down, the mango juice wasn't much better.

The staff is very friendly. The location is convenient to Notre Dame. The breakfast is quite good. We always try to stay there when we are visiting Notre Dame.

I've stayed at this location multiple times. It is perfectly located. I am a Hilton Member so I gravitate to this location. The only difficulty is the amount of space for breakfast. Plan on eating in your room.

While driving from CT to IA to pick up my son from college and finding the hotel we normally stop at booked for the night, we used the iOS app to find a book a room at this hotel. After being in the car for 10 hours, we wanted a location that had a hot tub or spa. The app description specifically stated the hotel and both an indoor pool and spa. When we arrived, we discovered otherwise. Since it was already late and we were already very tired, we kept the existing reservation instead of trying to cancel and find another hotel despite the hotel staff indicating they would work with us. For our return trip, we called hotels and booked directly through their websites to avoid another potential confusion. This, unfortunately, eliminates a lot of the convenience of using the app and has me second guessing whether or not I should keep my account.

I traveled around during my time playing darts, but recently with cycling events and photography trips its nice to rest and relax. the staff were great a awesome time away!

When we checked in we were upgraded to a 2 bed suite.... It was perfect for our family of 4. It was nice to have a bedroom for the kids to go to sleep as my wife and I stayed up in the living room and talked. Hotel was clean and near highway. Area around it was just "ok" but very close to Norte Dame.

went to Notre Dame Blue & Gold game the weather could have been better but we enjoyed ourselfs anyway we love Notre Dame grandson also enjoyed it we had to stay another day because of our flight being cancelled and had to rent a car a extra day other than that we had a great time thank you for making the trip good.

We usually stay at Hampton Inn hotels and like them. This South Bend hotel was a very nice one with a great staff. The location is not far from campus with plenty of food places around. If I had to pick a negative- it would be that the pool was small, however, my kids didn't seem to notice. I couldn't get into the room first assigned to me and so they upgraded me with very little effort. I will continue to recommend Hampton Inn.

Great Hotel

Stayed here on way back to Chicago from a long car trip to another state. The check-in staff was very accommodating about changing our room when we asked for something quieter. Location is close to the Notre Dame stadium and the room looked as if it had seen more than one party. The only real glitch, however, was the fitted bed sheet: it would NOT stay on the mattress.
