We ended up leaving the property promptly after checking in, the room had extreme water damage and there was pools of water on the kitchen floor and bathroom floor. There was also crumbs all over the rug and a lack of a smoke detector. We were able to find a much better cleaner hotel 5 minutes down the road and it was cheaper at that!

Loved the studio units with kitchen and compact dining area

Was there for kids hockey tournament and everyone had late check out Came back from game all keys were deactivated. Went down to desk 3 times to correct finally tracked down a worker to open door. All families had same issue. Not happy wasting 30+ minutes just to get in room.

Numerous complaints were made about a loud party in hotel courtyard. Fire alarm at midnight which made difficult to get children back to sleep! Kids loved pool and half basketball court best

Staff was courteous and helpful, and made our stay enjoyable.

I go to somerset often for conventions. We decided to stay here because they offered 2 bedrooms 3 beds. When we go to the hotel it was chaos. There was a manager arguing with a guest over his room and 2 other guests with room problems. Kids jumping on the furniture. The staff was polite when we were checked in. They said our reservation was okay. It wasn't. When we got to the room, it was 1 bedroom 2 beds. We called twice because we were put on hold for 10 minutes at first. The second time, after a 5 minute hold, we were told to come downstairs. They sorted it out and gave us bag as an apology. The pool was a mess. Water was all in the hallway. Kids running, jumping in the pool and in the hot tub. No supervision at all. It was packed like sardines. The pool itself was sad. The hot tub never got that hot. No where to put our towels when we left. Breakfast was the worst. There was almost no food left and breakfast still had over an hour left. Barely refreshed and when it was, rude clients were literally running to the plates and piling the food on. A very rude woman used the waffle iron for more than 30 minutes and caused a huge line. There were no coffee cups and the only carb was a hamburger bun. Ketchup was completely out. Someone complained so some cups were brought over, but nothing else was done. The only saving grace was the room itself. Beds were comfortable, room was fairly clean, and the air conditioning got very cold.

if you are looking to save a few bucks and don't mind driving a lot then this hotel is for you. We drove here from NYC and with traffic it took me about 1 hour 30 minutes, but the hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is somewhat rude and unattended, Specially the front. Breakfast was terrible, they served burned home fries( very burned). Undercooked sausage and something that could have been eggs but I'm not sure maybe it was a tortilla folded in half. Horrible breakfast. I looked around for a kitchen staff for nearly 10 minutes with no luck. A hot breakfast is a big reason why we stayed at the Homewood suites hotel and if they can't get this right then it isn't worth staying here. Management please fix this problems

This was a quick stay for New Years Eve. The staff was wonderful and very kind. There was a dinner service and breakfast service run smoothly. The room was clean and organized and all of the amenities were clean also. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Not frindly many staff and not clean rooms.staff get out my clock ! And manger only told me : sorry !!!

I was very disappointed in my experience. When I first arrived I was sent to a room already occupied by another guest. This may be feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The room was clean. The beds were extremely uncomfortable I could feel the springs. I couldn't believe both beds where that uncomfortable. When I called the front desk in the morning to ask about the fitness room the employee told me they didn't know where it was. They told me it was either on the second or third floor. Actually, it was on the first floor. I would never stay there again. It has good bones but clearly needs a lot of work. Is a Hilton honors member I would've expected better.

Suite was very comfortable, though a bit small. Living room has a queen sofa, so four people can easily stay, if they do not mind the one bathroom.

The woman at the front desk was great. She was relaxed, helpful, and funny to boot. The room was good. The breakfast was above average. The women attending the breakfast was extraordinary! unbelievable staff! Thanks!

The room is great! We had a happy weekend. Would definitely recommend to friends.

My husband and I own our own cleaning business. We haven't been able to take a vacation. However, we were both worn out and in need of a getaway. So I packed us up and told him to meet me at the Homewood Suites in Somerset, NJ. I'm so glad I did we were only going to stay till Friday and we wound up checking out on Sunday morning. It was a great, relaxing, refreshing weekend. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. While we were there we discussed how our first choice in hotels will always here. Homewood Suites is truly our home away from home.

The stay was strickly business and the hotel was excellent especially the breakfast on Saturday morning.

We were given a room at first that was supposed to be smoke free but was not. the guest service rep changed it right away. The hotel room was clean and staff was friendly.

Great room, everything perfect.
